KASE Parking Enforcement is a scam operation. The apartment complex's that "contract" them to "enforce parking", claim no responsibility or accountability for what KASE does to their residents. Nathan (Owner-operator of this scam) says they can't do anything about the boot on the car except to have you pay, and then go on to extort $50-300 from said victim.
This afternoon at 11:00 a.m., Edge Water Apartments, Boise, ID, my girlfriend and her mother came and parked in front of the pool that many would argue looks like a visitor spot. There were approximately 8-12 open parking spots in the area around my girlfriend's mother's car. My girlfriend and her mother were only there for 10 minutes at the pool when they went out to the car and saw that there was a boot on it.
KASE Parking Enforcement then goes on to tell her that she did not park in a visitor spot and that to get the boot off, she has to pay $85 dollars. My girlfriend and her mother do not have an extra $85 dollars to just piss away because they went to visit me at my pool. They barely have enough money as it is to pay their own bills.
KASE Parking Enforcement did this to me 2 years ago when I lived at Silverbay Apartments in Boise, ID. I was on my way to work, the week before Christmas. (I eventually lost the amazing job here in Boise because of the distress KASE Parking subjected me to and it triggered a manic episode that lasted well over a year). Days prior, I had just bought a new car. My new car was parked in my PAID COVERED PARKING PORT, but because I did not tell the leasing office about my new car right away, KASE Parking Enforcement used that as an excuse to not remove the boot on my car IN MY PAID PARKING SPOT. I was 4 hours late to work because of the ordeal.
KASE Parking Enforcement would not budge and the Leasing office manager, Jennifer, said "My hands are tied and there is nothing I can do." Silverbay Apartment's leasing office manager said that she can not make KASE Parking Enforcement take off the boot and if she had the fee waived for me, she would have to have the fee waived for everyone (Later, I heard from a neighbor that they got out of paying to have their boot removed; Jennifer lied). They scammed me down from paying $85, to paying $50. As if they were doing me a favor.
Many residents of Silverbay Apartments were furious about the new parking enforcement because they and their guest were getting booted unnecessarilly. It got so bad that the leasing office management (Jennifer) instructed their staff and maintenance team to immediately say, "We can not do anything about the boots." because they were having so many residents come in irate and yelling about the boots.
Their excuse was that they can not do anything about the KASE Parking Enforcement boots because they did not 'hire' them. They "contracted" KASE Parking Enforcement.
But back to today... The owner of KASE Parking Enforcement calls the cops on me after booting my girlfriend's mom's car because I was angry. I called him out on his BS scamming ways and his POS company. He immediately pulls out his phone and starts recording me. He tells me, "You are going to jail buddy. Buh-bye! You are going to jail now! Wait until the cops get here!"
No, I did not go to jail. But I did get out my phone to record him (you can see that video and more on this matter on YouTube), So that the residents of Boise can see what scum looks like. So the apartment communities can see how KASE Parking Enforcement is a HEARTLESS, RUTHLESS, SCAM organization preying on residents guest and their willingness to not argue but just pay, so they can just get their car un-booted.
How is this not any different than Ransomware? Hackers penetrate your residence and then encrypt your computer and make it so you do not have any access to your files and even the computer itself until you pay to have it decrypted. So, KASE Parking Enforcement comes into my private community, not hired by the residents or the leasing office, waits for people to park in unmarked guest spots, and then attacks. This is what hackers do with Ransomware. It is a crime and illegal. How is KASE Parking Enforcement any different? They are not.
This post is a warning to any apartment community that decides to "contract" KASE Parking Enforcement.
You are going to have A LOT of furious residents coming into the office yelling at you. Also he is suspected of Boise, ID public records can verify this.
On or about January 13, 2018, while i was out of town on business kase parking enforcement illegally booted my vehicle while in my assigned parking spot designated by my apartment manager. My vehicle is also registered with my apartment complex. A spot i pay for on a monthly bases and then had it towed. Upon my return from my business trip on Jan 18, 2018, i find my car missing from its designated paid parking area. When asked why it was towed. Kase states that it did not have a valid permit. Kase is wrong. There is a valid permit hanging from the visor which was issued to that vehicle for that paid spot.
There is no expiration date on the permit and it does not state temporary. Kase continues to defend there position which now has to be dealt with on a legal bases. I contacted the mayor and asked why someone with such a violent criminal history such as strangulation, forgery, assualt, etc has been issued this type of license. In my opinion The city has put the community safty in great danger by having to deal with someone so aggressive, violent. Besides according to idaho code section 49-229 booting is illegal. If u do not believe booting should be legal then u need to call ur congressman and say no to Senate bill 1284 and inform them ur against booting.

Great information for the City of Boise!
KASE Parking Enforcement needs to be investigated by the IRS if you ask me...
