I place an order on this website for a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks I still didn't receive them although I paid for an express shipping. I investigated the postal office and the answer was that the package was sent back to the sender because of missing Customs document so I sent an email to the company that refused to re ship the order for free to me although the merchandise was sent back to them and their excuse was that the post office made 3 attempted deliveries that they never made and I have the proof about all this. I exchanged over 20 emails with them and up to today they still refuse to send me back the merchandise for free my money has been lost and the company didn't do anything to help me. this website if this is a scam and I do not recommend anyone to order on it.
I have been a customer with Karmaloop for more than 5 years and spent quite a lot of money with them.i have never had a complaint h to know. I made an order for various items in January and by default my paypal had my order sent to my previous address. I emailed the company within the hour of making the purchase about the mistake because it stated that emails were responded to quickly. I heard back later than evening more than 5 hrs had passed stating that my items were all processed already and that there was nothing I could do.
Then it said that the person would try and reach out to the vendors who had not yet processed my items, and those were all also sent to my old address. The items were shipped and delivered approx 3-5 days later all with confirmation emails stating that they were delivered. I explained to the customer service rep micaela that I understood it was my mistake that by default PayPal had my old address and somehow the transaction went through without letting me change the shipping address, she responded that she was waiting for shipping status notifications stating return to sender even though I explained that most likely none of my packages would be returned,
my old building is a large apt complex where ppl have no regard for each other's things and most likely if no signature was required, the person living there now will have take my things. I just received another response from micaela at Karmaloop stating there is no way to give me a refund, and that I need to take it up with usps. The reason I write this is because I have spent thousands of dollars at karmaloop.com, and the first time something happens, I would expect a decent briskness would give me a credit at the very least for the items I never received. This entire process has left me upset and completely turned off to ever shopping with them again. I will never shop here again.
