Karl Strauss Bewing Company is part of a really nasty trend in hospitality to add sneaky, dishonest charges to customers bills. They call it an "emloyer mandate" and hide it on the bill next to the sales tax. It 's a totall optional charge, but they don't tell you that... they sneak it in there.
Always check your bill, and refuse to pay any charges you didn't agree to before you ordered!
