KANGAROO Tickets are a scam operation. AFter spending a great deal of money on our vacation to Las Vegas, we could not get into the venue where we had tickets for that night's performance!!!! The Mirage said that the tickets had been refunded! When we called, they did not answer! There was NO recourse...When I did finally get in touch, the guy said he didn't care, too bad...sorry...try to call someone else and get the money, but it was HIS client that he sold the tickets for!
He was extremely rude and did not want to talk...a complete A hole.....And we lost $500 plus our flight and plus our hotel expenses!!!
We are suing the wimp who doesn't have the balls for business, but it is so amazing that these places get away with scamming innocent victims.
Purchased tickets for Disney Toronto and paid 530 dollars for 2 VIP tickets, a friend said that they had just purchased tickets for the same event, 3 VIP tickets and paid 320 dollars, wow that's a big difference. I checked on ticketmaster and the VIP seats were selling for 100 dollars for VIP. That's a 150% increase on the tickets and of course when she called to cancel they said can't be done. This company is a fraud and should be shut down and charged.
