Mr. Kuz told me pay Eleven Hundred and $30 as my deposit so he allowed me to go into the house clean it stay there while cleaning and painting but then code enforcement came and wrote some citations profoundly I hadn't been there three weeks good when he called and asked me cursing me out for $5,000 and told me that if I did not get out I would have to move and he was going to get the locks changed on the doors so on that day that Friday I moved on Saturday and Sunday and was completely gone but I put a lot of money into moving into that house because he allowed me to and we waited on the inspection inspector wanted to come out twice but the house was not ready I believe he had to put a lot of money into the house to finish the backyard the roof and he got upset because too much money was required on the house and he put me out took my money and would not refund my deposit I need my deposit back he cussed me out I thought I was going to die from a heart attack from all the things that I went through at that house and I am requesting my money back I paid for the house to be painted I paid people to clean it I did my part which he asked me to do so he owes me my money back my deposit at least my deposit of 1100 and $30 and it was not right at all and that's part of why he will not refund my money and I put a lot of money into trying to get into the house.
