Kami Shade is a thief! I ordered a dress for my wedding reception. It was lace short dress and looked really nice. It looked convincing although I should have doubted the fct that they use random pictures from websites! I ordered the dress three weeks before the wedding in August. I had a bad feeling that it will not come due to the total absence of updates from their website where you can see the status of your order. I informed them in a very friendly manner that the dress will need to arrive on time before the date I indicated. They tild me to pay more so I can get the dress earlier which was $28.00. I did not pay the amount stated because according to them it will arrive within 8-14 days. It was just the right time which was two days before my wedding. However, as you can expect, nothing came on the date we agreed upon for regular shipping. Nothing came after either. You can imagine my panic. Luckily, I ordered from Hautelook a similar looking dress which was three times cheaper than the dress from Kami Shade. They promised me a refund after they finally decided to cancel my order which was four days before my wedding day. The refund did not come. Neither did the email confirmation they promised to send me for the refund. After two days someone replied to me and said it will be automatically processes on September 1. Nothing happened again as expected. After that day I emailed them again. They told me to wait for 4-5 days more. I did and I even waited more than that but nothing came. After September 5, nobody replied to my email ever again. I told them via email that I will sue them once I get enough people who are willing to go forward and get justice from these non-stop scamming they have obviously been doing for so long. And yes, I will, if any of tou wants this kind of online business to stop taking noney from people, please contact me directly. I have done more than this before and I won the case. I will not let this go until I get the justice I deserve. No one deserves to be fooled while doing an honest transaction. The money is not the issue but the commitment and trust they have violated. God's justice is stronger than tou thieves!
I really can't believe what I'm reading, this is my first time writing a review on any company. They took my money over a week ago and I only received a order confirmation from the initial day that I placed the order. I emailed them and they send me the same information that was on their website so now I'm beginning to feel very skeptical about this website. I'm getting married next month and the dress that I order is suppose to be my WEDDING DRESS! I don't know what to do. They have horrible customer service. Not to mention the number on their website is never Available to take your call. I even follow them on Instagram and no one replies to any of my comment. I'm convinced this website is a scam and I will be getting my money back
I placed a order with Kami Shade on April 30, but never received the item. My money was taking out of my account on May 2 and I have called several times to not get a answer and left emails and never received a response. I want my 75.99 back.
Kamishade has never refunded my money to my emerald debit card. I ordered a dress from this website on December 5th 2015 and canceled on December 6th 2015, when I realized I could not get my dress by December 13th 2015. I tried express shipping and Was told there was no express shipping for the dress I ordered and was sent a link by someone name Diane to choose another dress that could be shipped express. The link had nothing but cheap looking mayerial dresses for the same expensive price as the original dress I ordered. I sent an email to Diane and told her to refund my money. I have made several attempts at calling the number listed on the website. The message says contact them by email and when the voice mail comes on it says you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. I received an email from Diane and an Elizabeth saying I would receive a refund on 7 to 14 days that was back in the beginning of December never received anything so I emailed Diane again she told me to read my email it says 7 to 14 business days is when ill get my money back, then she says your refund will be processed on December 28th, 2015. It is now January 11th 2016, I have not received my refund yet, and have not received anymore communications from kamishade at all. My money is simply gone.
