Kenneth Keith Spivey agreed to build a carport for us. He stated he needed $700 for building supplies,showed me a list of what was needed. I have known him for years, thought I could trust him. I gave him the money. He did not come back with any building materials, did not answer my phone calls. I did get an answer once and he hung up on me.
I am unable to reach his company, get a message now that "mailbox is full, unable to leave message". I did a search of public records and discovered Keith has an extensive criminal record. He seems to not have any permanent address, cannot track him down. I filed a complaint in Civil Court but do not feel hopeful I will ever recoup any money. I want to warn others in thie Middletown area about K & L.
