Joe Williams was hired to Diamond Bright my pool and update the tiles. I was quoted a price of $4700 dollars and 3 days to complete the job and gave him a $2000 deposit. Subsquently the tiles and ledger stone that I selected he told after that the fact that it would be additional money and I gave hime another $1100 for the up charges in tile. Joe or his people barley game to home to complete the job and the work that they were able to do was HORRIBLE.
The tiles were put up crooked and the pattern was consistent, the ledger stone still has missing tile areas, and they had grout thrown on my coping and it can not be removed. . On Wednesday, September 2nd I gave him one last opportunity to fixed what was wrong and he agreed that the tile job was horrible and he promised that he would be tearing out the old tile and putting in new tile. He sent me to the tile store to pick out the new tiles and was supposed to put them in on Sept 5th he didn't show up or call. I told him that he could not continue to work on my pool I would have to hire someone else.
The people that i hired quoted a price of $4500 and had to tear out all of the tile and basically start over. Joe acknowledge that it was a terrible job and never made good on any of the promises that he made to rectify the situation. I later found out that his reputation is horrible and even when I went to the tile store they the gentlement helping me warned that I should walk away.
This was an awful experience I would recommend that you do not do business with him or his company. He would like justify this by saying that no money is owed to me because I got materials, but I wanted was a functioning pool that looked nice. Awful Experience.
This company comes out shows you video's and have books of pools being remodel and says it will take 2 or 3 days to complete. They take your deposit shows up for a day works 2 hours and don't respond to text messages it's been 4 weeks now and my pool is still not completed on my way to court you could be next beware of the Williams boy's pool inc also Jw pool inc
