I ordered A palette from Juvia's Place. I received a confirmation email with my correct mailing information. When Juvias Place sent a shipping confirmation they had printed my shipping information completely incorrectly. My package could not be delivered as a result. I contacted the companies customer service (which can only be reached by email) I attached the pictures of the error made on their behalf. It took over 10 emails to get them to respond to my issue. They asked for my correct shipping information once again to reship and once again they shipped my palette with the SAME incorrect address. I tried contacting customer service again and they ignored me! I tried to contact them on IG and they blocked me. As a last resort I contacted the owner of Juvias Place and she was very nasty towards me. At first she insisted I put the incorrect shipping information. I enclosed proof in the form of screenshots, that the information I provided was correct. The owner reponded "o.k" then the owner asked me "Are we really arguing about $20" She proceeded to ask me do you want help or not? Very nasty attitude. Customer service is terrible and buyer needs to beware
On September 1st I purchased an eyeshadow pallette during their sale. This is my third or fourth purchase with them and I always ship to my home address. On the 9th I checked my tracking number only to find it was "undeliverable as addressed" and listed a zip code that was not mine. I contacted Juvia's Place's customer service and was told to fill out a redelivery form on USPS, which I did. I never received the package and it was returned to sender. I notified customer service of this and received no response. I contacted them a couple more times before recieving an answer. I was told I was going to have to pay to reship it, even though I wasn't at error. After much arguing they wouldn't send me my product and they would only offer a partial refund. You can only talk to them online and they won't let you talk to management. What a scam!
I originally heard about this company from a YouTube Makeup Artist. I decided to try their product. I ordered two eye palettes on November 14th & received shipping confirmation on November 16th.
After several days passed & I saw no movement with the shipper, I reached out to Juvia's Place on November 27th. I received a response from a representative named Daphney & she stated that I needed to address the issue with the shipper. I spoke to a rep at FedEx and she confirmed that "because the package hasn't shown any update in 10 business days, it's most likely lost". They recommended that I speak with the shipping company.
I emailed again on November 28th and Daphney told me that I needed to file a claim with FedEx. However, I spoke with FedEx and they told me that because of the shipping method used, only Juvias Place could file the claim. I reached out to Juvias Place to have the claimed completed and... I never received a response. I emailed again & yet again, but still... nothing.
I visited their Facebook & Instagram pages - asking for assistance & instead of a response? I was BLOCKED. I am a first time buyer & I had been more than willing to have another shipment sent out. I only wanted the items that I'd paid for. Because they cut off all forms of communication, I had to file a dispute with my bank. Save yourself the headache... Do NOT do business with Juvias Place.
