When I called and told them I didnt want automatic shippment and to credit my card back, they told me refusing the package is not how they want returns even though they were able to track the package. They offered a 50 refund but i said no, I wanted the full price refunded. They told me they had not received the return even after 5 days . Now I will have to cancel the card, dont trust them and fight this. They also tranfered me to a supervisor and he hung up on me.
I purchased this product online which a supposd to be a trail size and only shipping and handling. They charged my credit card for full price of full size bottles. They have a disclaimer on " terms" but dont tell you by purchasing their trial product, they will send you automatic monthly shipments. When I received the monthly shipment, I refused the package. About a week later, they had resent the package. I refused again and had the Post Office put on the package refused. When i called customer service to tell them I didnt want monthly shippments they redirected me to a supervisor. I told him I had refused the package and wanted my credit card reembursed with the full charges they made. He stated that refusing the package was not the "proper way to retun product, even though he was able to track the product and state that the shipping place had not received it after 5 days. He offered me 50% refund and I told him no, I wanted a full refund. I also told him I saw a complaint about this very problem and when I told him that, he hung up on me.
I recently in June did the trial of the Juvarell Serum to which I called the company when I received the 2 very tiny bottles and told them I was not interested in the product, they still charged my credit card the $99.00. The representative begged me to keep the product and they will reverse the charges and give me an additional free month they still charged me I am not happy-as a result I am fighting this. I cancelled the subscription called and never got my $99.00 back. america the rip off!!
Juvarelle is a rip off. I ordered the trial and never recieved it. I called to cancel and they told me to check with the post office, I did there was nothing. I called back to cancel and to recieve a refund of 99.74 and 94.97 . They said they would cancel my account and escalate my refund to upper management. 3-5 business days I would receive an email. Never came. No refund and although they said they cancelled my account, two months later they are trying to charge me again. I called again to ask why I am being charged again and no refund. They now say I am beyond the 14 days and that I am not being charged as I am stating that I am. I printed out my card statements showing the declines and yet they say they are not charging me. WOW. Now they do not want to give me a refund, they do not want to send me product. All the way around this company wont give me corporates number or let me speak to a manager. Do not order from them. There is no satisfaction guarantee at all. No consumer protection if you do not recieve the product. They wont stand behind their process but they will repeatedly charge you regardless if you get the product or not. Canceling is not an option either because although I have called four times they say I only have one call on record and that is to cancel. Do not purchase from them.
Site offered a free trial of an anti-wrinkle cream for $5 plus $5 shipping and handling. Once they have yur credit card information, they use your credit card information to ship and bill you $94.97 or similar amount for a full size container of an anti- wrinkle cream and by the time you realize what is happening they will not take it back and they have already been paid. This same cream is abailable on Ebay for$30 currently and Marthe Stewart sells it for less than $10 !! Since my wife pays all the credit cards online, she did not notice the unusual charges until I asked her to look them up so I could call them to shut them off and then we discovered they had been charging our card for four months at a total of approximately $500. My wife and I are 70 years old and not as quick to spot a scam, but sending and billing unauthorized amounts of stuff seems to be illegal....much like churning someones stock account without their permission. My wife did not authorize these additional shipments and we have since stopped all charges to this card and notified the Visa card company. And then called the toll free number and were slapped in the face like hitting a brick wall with I cannot help you because of our terms and conditions which are not even mentioned on the web site. They only mention no guarantees about the product. We feel robbed!
In Mid March, I clicked on an ad for a skin care product called Juvarelle, an anti-aging moisturizer and eye lift cream. They offerred a FREE trial sample, you only paid for shipping and handling. The product arrived 10-12 days later, but in the meantime I had done some research on the internet and realized (too late) that there were a lot of complaints about this company and that this was a scam. The internet sites I read reported that this company would charge the credit card, not just the shipping and handling but an additional $94.97 and $99.74 respectively. And that is exactly what happened to me.
Within a day of receiving the product my credit card was charged a $94.97 on 3/31/17 and $ $99.74 on 4/1/17. I called the company to ask what was going on. (844-800-6676) I was told that I had signed up for a "Subscription" based skin care program. I can assure you I did no such thing. I only agreed to a free "trial" sample. If there was language to this effect, it was well buried in the website. They asked if I wished to cancel, I said "Yes", this was on 4/10/17. I said I would return the unopened, unused product back to them. They gave me two RMA codes and the address to return the product. The address was in the United Kingdom. You can see how hard they are making this...I spent the money to ship it back to the UK, obtaining a tracking number from the Post Office. I was told by customer service that I could expect a refund after they received the product.
I made my second phone call on June 2, 2017 after a month and half of not hearing anything. I spoke with John who indicated that he saw that I had indeed canceled the subscription on 4/10/17 and asked for the Postal tracking number. He then told me that he was "kicking this up to a higher level" and I should receive an email from them in 24 hours. I did not. I called again on June 8th, 2017 and spoke with Alex, I was told exactly the same thing. No email ever came.
I called again on June 12th and got Ashley (badge # 810594, I now become aware that I should have "known" to ask for a badge number because this lady could not identity the other agents I had spoken with). She proceeds to tell me the exact same thing that John and Alex had said about kicking it up to a higher level and I should await an email. When I confronted her with this information, she quickly said that I was not entitled to a refund because they only had a 30 day money back guarantee. I told her to check her records as I had not only sent the product back on April 12th with RMA codes her company gave me, but that I had also called to cancel on 4/10/17. She proceeds to tell me that there is no indication that I cancelled and so since it was now June, I was past my 30 day money back guarentee. WOW !!
This is the most flagrant scamming and lying that I have ever been exposed to. I do not have the products, never used them, and have paid a total of $228.11 for the privilege of getting screwed! Is there nothing that can be done to stop a company like this?
I purchased 2 sample products at about $9. 2 weeks later charged $200! Nowhere in the add did it say I had to cancel in 2 weeks or pay this much! I called and was told they could refund me 50% or I could mail them back and only be charged a 15% re-stocking fee (like they would sell used product). I decided to send them back...only problem was I had to mail it to England for $22 and now they keep saying they didn't get it in their warehouse. I have tracking/customs etc. They finally stopped answering my emails so I filed a complaint with my bank and opening a case with VISA to get my $$ back.
I ordered a free sample for $4.95 shipping. The product arrived and I found my credit card had not only been charged $4.95 but also charged $ 99.74. I made repeated attempts to contact the company to return the product and get my $ 99.74 refunded to no avail. I will continue to dispute this charge until I get a satisfactory conclusion.
I THOUGHT I was getting a sample size of their skincare & eye cream products. I have very sensitive skin and would never purchase full sizes of anything I have not used and tested for allergic reaction. When the product arrived it was FULL SIZE bottles. I used it for a week, not seeing any drastic improvement, but no allergic reaction either. Suddenly my chacking account is overdrawn and I have OD charges of $35 because they have hit me with a MONTHLY subscription of $100 for EACH product.
I have no receipt of my purchase, only the bank charges. I called the number on my boxes and asked for a refund. They offered me 25%. I said no, I'm out $35 because of you. They offered me 50% and I could keep the bottles. I said no, I can't tell that this product is worth the $35 in OD charges yet. They say I have to send the bottles back (gladly) to ONLY get 85% of the money they took from me over and above the shipping and handling I agreed to pay for what I thought were samples. WHAT A RIPOFF!! They are used to this.. that's why you get the 25% and 50% offers.
They promised to send me the return info by email. They read my emaili back to me over the phone. So far, NOTHING from them.
