Justin Poms Reviews

We had a 14 year old Pomie, that we had to put to sleep and I was searching the internet for a pomie and came across Justins Pom website and just fell in love with one name Jack.

I sent an inquire about purchasing Jack. Bowe Nill responded promptly, sent me an invoice and told me shipping was free to find a moneygram location to send the money.

I went on the internet and sent him $500.00 for the puppy and he got upset because I used the internet moneygram instead of a location.

When I talk to them on the phone you could not hear them because their phones would cut out like you had a bad connection and I would email them.

He sent me papers for the guarantee, flight plan and everything was set up. Puppy was supposed to arrive friday August 28th. I had the flight plan and could track the puppy. Pet Re-locators would deliver it to my house.

Friday afternoon he sent me another invoice for $880.00 this was for insurance for shipping the puppy. I got upset becase they should have known about this sooner.

I sent another moneygram to Jess Bane for the $880.00 for the insurance. Friday nite came and no puppy and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I sent an email and they answered and said the puppy didn't make the flight. they were checking on the next available flight.

The next available flight hasn't happen. No money No puppy

Found their website online as I was searching for Pomeranian puppies. Submitted my inquiry and a gentleman by the name of James Simon call/emailed/texted me back. We went back and forth as far as puppy availability, sending current photos and and free shipping that was offered, I sent my $ 400 payment for the puppy and was told that the shopping agency will contact me on Monday for pick up time and location. Monday came and no one contacted me. I emailed/texted James and he apologized and said that they will ship the dog to me and contact me wilth the tracking #. So the next day I go an email saying the tracking number and saying by state law I must pay for insurance for shipping and it will be 1200.00 insurance and that will be reimbursed upon delivery of the dog or wait for the dir do be 14weeks old to travel. So after 14 weeks old I called him back and now his giving me the run around.

James again and he said that the shipping agency won't ship the puppy without puppy insurance. Shouldn't he have known this before hand?! He said they wanted $ 1200.00 for puppy insurance upfront and it will be reimbursed with the puppy at delivery.

Just like the report on Jusin Poms from 8/15/2015, I was supposed to receive my Pom today, but got an invoice from a PetsMart pet transport saying they needed $870.00 dollars for insurance and it would be refunded to me upon delivery. Luckily I don;t have $870.00. The invoice said the value of the puppy was $1300.00 and I only paid $500.00 for the dog, so I don't know where they got this amount. Now Justin Poms will not return my text and the shippers won't return my email.

Don;t send them any money. you aren't going to get a puppy and you aren't going to get your money back.

Found their website online as I was searching for Pomeranian puppies. Submitted my inquiry and a gentleman by the name of James Basso emailed/texted me back. We went back and forth as far as puppy availability, sending current photos and video and free shipping that was offered, I sent my $500 payment for the puppy and was told that the shopping agency will contact me on Sunday for pick up time and location. Sunday came and no one contacted me. I emailed/texted James and he apologized and said that they don't ship to my location on Sunday's and the new shipping day will be Wednesday.

So again we wait. Mind you we have already shopped for puppy supplies and my 10 yr old daughter is anxiously awaiting her puppy. Wednesday comes and no puppy. I emailed/texted James again and he said that the shipping agency won't ship the puppy without puppy insurance. Shouldn't he have known this before hand?! He said they wanted $700 for puppy insurance upfront and it will be reimbursed with the puppy at delivery.

He then told me if he could come up with the money for the puppy insurance he'll pay for it and I can money gram him the $700. I told him absolutely not and I just wanted a refund. He apologized and said I'll have my refund the next day.

The next day comes around and he said within 15 days and that he was sorry. It's been over 15 days now and I have texted and emailed him and have not gotten a response. I had a gut feeling that this might have been a scam and am now convinced it is. During my search for Pomeranian and French bulldog puppies I came across two other websites that have a similar format, selling dogs for cheap, even using the same photos as Justinpoms and offering the same free shipping b/s as well. I'm almost positive this is them working under a different site. Larrys Pomeranians and Comeback Bulldogs. Coincidence.....I think so! So unbelievably heartbreaking that these people are out there scamming families $500 at a time if not more and have made this their mission. I will only buy local or close enough to where I can drive. This scam has brought awareness to my continued puppy search. I will be reporting this to as many agencies as possible. Karma will prevail.....

Justin poms.com is a scam. You want a puppy featured on his website where he claims to be disabled and even has a tab on his page about avoiding Internet puppy scans- I guess to make his page more legit. Well, he requests payment of $500 plus and will ship the puppy from Atlanta, Georgia to wherever you are free of charge, claiming he has a few free shipping coupons left. If not it'll cost an additional $300. They only accept money gram payments which seemed shady so that prompted me to investigate a bit more. The phone number is a Maryland phone number, not Georgia. I further investigated and it's common practice for breeders to send updated photos including something identifiable in the photo so, I did just that. I requested additional photos of the pup with the pups info included in the photo. I was told its against policy to do that. I was sent another photo claiming it was the pup I wanted to purchase but it was not. The new photo was a completely different pup. Please do not buy from them and research anywhere you buy from online!
