Justin Husak skipped out on the garage and now I’m having my old friend finish the job installing to genies and running the electricity and some face work on the outside of the garage which Justin did not do. I try to help him and let him move in to my beautiful rent Home for half the price I was charging some other people, after seven years they bought a home and move out.
DO NOT USE JUSTIN HUSAK. HE HAS BEEN WANTED IN OTHER STATES FOR UNFINISHED WORK. - I thought I could trust him because his father is a good man. I signed a contract w him May 30, 2019 and it is now January 7, 2020, for 3 garage doors and trim work and a Genie for my garage doors.
As of now he has not finished the job and has no intentions of finishing it. - 2 doors were installed and one door is still in my garage and the Genie just sitting there. - Not only that, he rented a home I have and has not paid me rent or the electricity. The electricity is coming out of my bank account.
His father paid his rent last month and I am in the process of evicting him as I write this. He, by my approval, has also charges $850 for tools from Home Depot and owes me $308. - I have never known a louse such as him. I am 68 years old, husband deceased and have had cancer surgery this past June 18th.
His work is excellent but he’s a scammer w a capital S. - I count on this rent to live. It’s part of my income. Not only that, I need to hire another man to finishes my garage. I am devastated. My attorney said I’m a dam fool. Justice is hopefully around the corner.
