He was just prosecuted, and found guilty again of financial fraud in Michigan's 47th District Court in Farmington Hills, Michigan, for writing yet another bad rent check on a closed bank checking account, and skipping out on months of rent, as well as being prosecuted simultaneously for DUI in Oakland County Michigan Circuit Court in Pontiac, Michigan.
He spent another 90 days in Oakland County Jail with criminals like himself, and is currently on probation for another 24 months in Farmington Hills, Michigan and 24 monthis in Oakland County, Michigan. His sentence in Farmington Hills District Court has been extended for not showing up to his required probation appointments and for not paying his restitution on time; he has no money or job.
