I Ordered over $100.00 in flowers guaranteed to be delivered on Mother's Day! Didn't receive! Tried calling and emailing! Calling just hangs up after you wait for 10 minutes! Email just send back a prewritten response. Still have not received and finally received an email stating that flowers were delivered but nothing has arrived! Tried calling numerous times a day as well as emailing. Sometimes you can leave a voice message but you will never get a call back! Serious scam! Don't waste your time and money!

I ordered flowers and balloons from JustFlowers for my wife for Mother's Day. I got a confirmation email from JustFlowers. No flowers on Saturday. No flowers on Sunday. On Monday, I wrote to them that they missed the delivery.

Two days after Mother's Day, on Tuesday afternoon, they delivered the flowers. Unfortunately, this was useless to me because now my wife is on a business trip. I got a call from a Just Flowers manager who said her name was Jill. She offered a $10 refund on an $85 order.

I said that the flowers at this point are just going to remind me that my wife didn't get her Mother's Day gift. They'll be wilted by the time she gets home. I said I wanted a full refund. Jill said the most she could refund was $15. When I asked for her full name, she hung up on me.

What a joke of a company! They literally did everything wrong and then hung up on the customer they had flaked on. There are many flower companies out there. I will not be using them again.

  • May 15, 2018 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! This company has the worst customer service and worst delivery service i have ever had to do business with.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Friday, May 11th and was told they would be delivered Saturday, May 12th. It is now Monday evening, May 14th, (AFTER MOTHER"S DAY), and my Mother's Day flowers have still not been delivered. I have received empty and broken promises for three days from every employee of this company promising they would be delivered. They promised to call me, and I have never received a single call. I waited on hold for over an hour to speak to a manager and not one manager had the decency or courtesy to take my call. They even refused to provide me the CEO of the company, which I found out to be Nelson Shane Garrett.

It is obvious this company doesn't care about its obiigation and responsibilty to provide a service that is so dear to so many people in times of true need and comfort. Their lack of duty and compassion destroyed a very special day that otherwise would have been a very special occasion. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. The charged my credit card and NEVER delivered the flowers. I have tried to contact the company NUMEROUS time via email, online and the phone and I cannot get a hold of a human being. They make you wait on hold for 30 minutes and then send you to a voicemail. This company is a FRAUD!!!!

Beware of I ordered a “premium” flower arrangement in a white wicker basket for $102.21 for the funeral of our children’s grandmother from The order (order number 8052283) was placed on Tuesday, Nov 21, 2 pm EST (11:00 am PST) to be delivered on Friday, Nov 24, by 1:00 pm. I was required to pay an extra $4.99 for ‘express delivery’ to be sure it would be delivered by 1:00 pm. Really? I ordered on Tuesday for delivery on Friday and I have to pay for express delivery from a local florist? Here were the charges:

The description for premium says: “We’ll add lots more.

The premium arrangement makes quite a statement.” They delivered a small flower arrangement in a dinky brown basket. I was appalled. It was embarrassing. It was nowhere near the full flower arrangement in the picture for the cheapest one, let alone the premium arrangement. It looked like a $30 arrangement at best. The picture on the web site for their base arrangement from the front shows about 27 flowers. Our arrangement has 21 flowers in a picture taken from the same angle. See the pictures and notice the space between the flowers that does not appear in their picture of their base arrangement. This one is supposed to be ‘premium’ two sizes up.

I should have looked at the myriad of negative reviews on the internet for them and suspected they were not interested in customer service when the email receipt contained 3 pages of disclaimers with it. When I called to say I was not satisfied because they did not even deliver what I ordered, they refused to do anything other than give me a coupon for my next order. Why would I trust them to order from them again? I should really have been refunded half of what I paid, because that is what I received. Their customer service department is full of very rude people. They argue incessantly with you.

Do not order from this outfit. They are dishonest and deliver skimpy arrangements and whatever they want, not what was ordered, especially for $102.21.

I ordered flowers 2 days prior to a funeral. It arrived 10 minutes before the service! JustFlowers blamed the local florist then funeral home. They finally owned up to their error. I called the company multiple times for a credit. JustFlowers doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Take your business elsewhere.

My husband ordered flowers through the website, he speciifed they be delivered by 2:00pm today (2/14/17). I stayed at my work until 3:45 and they still will not delivered. I called their contact number 800-715-2215 and received only voicemails. If you send emails you get no response. This order was $96.00. They guarantee delivery. They are a rip off. I can only hope we can get our money back, and they do not do something else with our credit card. It looks like they do not intend to that they have not responded to any of my inquiries and even their "live" chat is not live! Do not deal with this company they are a rip off. Buyer beware!

On Sept.7,2016 I had ordered via internet,a large potted plant for over $100, and was given 3 sizes for optional box of candy so chose the largest for $30. This was to deliver the following Thursday (allowing an extra day so not to rush florist). I got a call from Just Flowers telling me they must substitute the arrangement selection but assured me it would be of like value. A smaller plant and no candy made it. I complained and later they offered me $5 credit in recompense.I told them plant was shorted and $30 candy not delivered,so $5 was preposterous,I denied debit with my bank for $50 of the $138 paid.Today Just Flowers tells me they investigated and my order did not include candy and plant was sized correctly.I have finally replied to them and this website,including screen shot of my bank debit for $138,and a photo of the plant to illustrate my point.Unfortunately I had not checked on-line for history with this company before using them,as I would have avoided them if I had seen the many,many negative .reports
