I purchased a software access to a mobile app agency platform.
On the website it says this: *********************************
With the in-built Agency Technology you can create Client Accounts and you can assign workspace and campaigns to them. You can help your clients with creating Business Card Campaigns or Local Business Campaigns. Charge your clients $500 or even more per campaign and get a monthly recurring. You can even take a commission on each sale they get through your campaign. There is a separate sales dashboard to give you details about the sales stats.
Just the Agency Technology alone will help you double your investment in JusTap today with just 1 client.**************************************************************************************************************
I purchased the product with the built in agency technology. They advertise you can charge each client $500 or more with this program.
However this is a lie: Because when you create the app, at the bottom of the app they link back to the same sales page that I purchased the product from.
I asked them how can I sell these apps for $500 or more if you link back to the same website I purchased from.
The response was, you have to upgrade to remove their branding.
This response makes the entire thing a scam.
They already know you can't sell this product for $500 or more without you upgrading to remove their branding.
My question is, why not include that on your sales page.
Or simply make the original product to match the details of the sales page.
The success of any Agency platform is obviously selling products to your clients without revealing your wholesale cost along with the supplier of the wholesale cost
If you purchase a 75inch tv from Walmart for $1,500 and on the description it says Walmart purchased this TV for only $100 from xyz business. And this xyz business is located on the back side of the parking lot..... how many people are going to purchase the $1,500 tv from Walmart when they can walk or ride a couple hundred feet and purchase the tv for $100 from the same place Walmart purchased the tv.
Walmart to include any business wouldn't be in business if they revealed their true cost and if they gave you access to purchase the same items at the same cost from their vendors.
This is a basic concept of any business!
But yet Mr.Karthik Ramani seems to think this is a great way to do business!
Yes, its great for his business but not for vendors purchasing his products for resell!
His goal is to get you to make a purchase promising certain features but then say: If you really want those features i promised you with the first product.. Trust me an buy again and I'll make sure i add with the upgrade.
Total Scam!
After I complained about this and it was clear they had no intentions of honoring what’s on their sales page, I asked for a refund.
On their page it says you have a no questions asked 30 day refund.
I asked for a refund on June 25th and it's been over a week without a refund. They just keep stalling and sending me upgrade links which I’m not interested in since they've already proven to me that the first product is a scam and they don't honor what they say!
