March 24, 2019, showed up at IAD (Dulles International airport) to board the plane to Toronto to be told that justairticket, cancelled my flight to Toronto on March 10, 2019 and refunded $ 144.36. I was not notified of any cancellations and no money was refunded to my account.

The Porter airline counter agent, his name is Tareq, called justairticket agent a very rude woman who was offended by each and every word who didn't understand a word of English, kept telling me and him that they paid the amount to Porter airline, a reservation that could not be located by Porter airline. I missed the plane.

I had to buy a new one way ticket on United airlines for $ 638.30 since yesterday afternoon, I keep calling the incompetent justairticket agents who don't know what they are doing. I have been on hold for an unlimited amount of time, as I write this review, while they call Porter airline.

DO NOT book through them, they are scammers. I have to be reimbursed the amount of$ 638.30 which I paid to United airlines and the amount that justairticket cancelled and didn't pay Porter airline for $ 144.36 on March 10, 2019. Justairticket will have to pay for my lawyer's fees and other punitive damages incurred.

Tickets were never issued (absolutely no e-mail communications received from Justairticket, not even the initial booking confirmation). They took the money from my account and AFTER that called me saying that I need to contact my bank asking to verify the transaction (I WAS ALREADY CHARGED AT THAT MOMENT AS MY BANK CONFIRMED) AND PUT THEM IN A CONFERENCE WITH MY BANK (WHAT???). After I refused to do so, they asked for scanned copy of ID and copy of US credit card instead (REALLY???) for 'verification'. Do not provide this information to anyone, there is absolutely no justification why someone needs this information, it's a total scam which seems to operate from India! After I refused to provide these copies, they cancelled the order (again no e-mails, I had to log in and check for updates). The next day they AGAIN charged the same amount under a different transaction name - the first with Airlines name and the second under 'Agency fee'.

I had to initiate the fraud investigation and block my card because of these scammers.

These scammers seem to write fake Trustpilot and Feefo reviews for themselves mentioning their fake names (no real person would really write this, all '5-star' reviews look absolutely identical mentioning names and so called 'wonderful service'). The Trustpilot rating cannot be real for this fraudulent company.

Extremely rude "support", no service.

If I could give them a zero I would. I was searching for flights to Madrid last Thursday evening on Momondo, and they had the lowest fare, plus the flight had a great, long layover in Paris that we were really excited about. I assumed I was purchasing the tickets as I entered all of our personal info (names, birthdays, address, credit card number AND security code).

I then got this email: Your booking is under process. Our travel specilist have to reconfirm this iternary the with the airline. Your card may be charged. Please wait for sometime. Our travel specialist is working to fix this booking & will call you in 15 Minutes or You can call us @ ‪1-800-940-9345‬. Thank you for choosing This immediately sketched me out, as not only are there numerous typos and grammatical errors, but I’ve never gotten a message like this when purchasing a ticket in the past. I jumped on Google and started reading all of the terrible reviews which made me even more worried. About 20 minutes passed, and I got a call from the representative (I’m guessing from India) stating that the flight from Paris to Madrid was sold out and did I want him to search for another flight? I said no way, please CANCEL. I also stated my concern about them having my credit card number and security code.

I then received the following email: We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to process the flight reservation that you requested for. There is no any charge being placed on your card. If you have any queries, please call us at ‪1-800-940-9345‬ or ‪201-942-1029‬ during the regular business hours. I ended up finding tickets to Madrid directly through an airline the following day that ended up being less than the Justairtickets, which was a huge relief.

TODAY, I received a fraudulent charge alert from my bank about 2 charges for $79.99 each from some online marketing site (which I did NOT make). My card had to be canceled, and the 2 charges are now being investigated. I have had this same card for years, have traveled all over the world, and have NEVER had fraudulent charges in the past. Getting a new card is a total pain in the a*s, I can’t access my funds until I walk into my bank tomorrow, and I believe this is directly related to this company. I do not believe this is a coincidence at all. I am now going to have to monitor everything to make sure no further fraudulent activity or identity theft occurs, as this shady business has all of my personal information. BUYER BEWARE.

First, I want to warn you that these guys are real thieves. I bought a ticket, the price was deducted from my account, the sent me the ticket and after two days the called me and told me that the ticket was canceled and if I want that ticket I have to pay 300$ more. I asked why and they told me that my bank was closed and the could not check with them about my account. I called the bank customer service and the said this the funniest thing that an agency could say. Another time I bought a ticket with Amex and they told me my credit card is from the UK. They are really stupid and at last, because I had no other choice I paid $150 more and they sent me the ticket. Don’t work with them. Buy a ticket from original airlines. It may cost little more but you won’t have to deal with these hustlers.

Additionally, they are all foreigners and hardly could speak English. (or they show this way) so they pretend that they don’t understand what you are saying.

Worst and most rude customer service ever! Minus -5 Stars would be too much!!! Scam artists, bad knowledge of the English language and just out to get your money!!! My grandmother recently passed and left me her dog.. I booked a flight with these people to Germany, to get the dog and needed help finding the right airlines to bring the dog back home with me.. I ended up paying more than with a regular cheap flight provider, but they told me everything was clear and ok for my return flight with the animal.. Thank goodness I checked in with the airlines just in time to find out they do NOT carry dogs via cargo.. Now I'm stuck in Germany with a dog, don't know the language and my "buddies" at justairticket refuse to help me, telling me that's not their problem and hang up on me.. although they supposedly have all the recordings of my phone calls with them, that would prove I was wrongfully advised and just taken for my money.. Wish I knew what to do.

After apparently booking and receiving confirmation for four round trip airline tickets, Justairticket notified me that the agreed-upon fare was "no longer available from the carrier", and that they couldn't provide tickets. Meanwhile, the carrier a confirmed booking for all four passengers, so Justairticket certainly communicated all our information about us to the carrier.

Justairticket has a pending charge on my credit card for the agreed-upon fare. But now they are trying to change me to a fare more than three times the original amount - which I can easily arrange directly with any airline on my own.

This is a classic bait-and-switch operation, based on lies and deceipt. Do not patronize them - EVER!
