I went to Just Puppies as a disabled woman to get a puppy. When I walked into the door it smelled so bad. I was wondering how can someone inhale such odors! I kept walking to the back with my roller walker and one of the workers with blonde hair rolled her eyes at me! Wow! Is my disability hated? I kept going to the back and one puppy stuck out to me was so friendly! I sat to meet with him and decided to take him. I didn't know he had a kettle cough or parasites, I mean wow that someone does not inform a disabled customer? So Just Puppies want to send the buyers to VCA in Rockville that's the agreement so they both can enrich themselves. A business should have integrity and honesty with the customers they service regardless of gender, religion, race or disability.
I made an appointment to VCA in Rockville, it's was all about the money not about the puppies health. VCA in Rockville put a kettle cough and parasites on the side only to give vaccines to enrich themselves.VCA in "Rockville" and "Just Puppies" together fabricated against me refusing to give my sick puppy they sold me his vet visit and lied that I miss his appointment. Why Just Puppies sell sick puppies in the first place? I see why the puppies are "sick and neglected', the place smell so terrible! So do this proves that "Just Puppies" neglect puppies?
Now, these two organizations are fabricating together "VCA in Rockville and Just Puppies " because I got a disability which I am chronically ill and can't drive; that I took too long to make an appointment for my puppy! You have to wonder where is there humanity? When you are chronically ill, so I suppose to drive a car to kill everyone, myself and my puppy? During my illness and fall, my puppy still had his antibiotics, I had to get well to schedule the final appointment and when I did, Just Puppies and VCA in Rockville both attack me with fabrication, discrimination and continued neglect my ill puppy. They lost focus on the puppy's health which they just have proven that they don't care about! The sad part they believe they can get away with such nefarious, discriminatory, neglect and abuse against customers and animals. Meritta, (Hispanic) front desk act as their security guard and bully, the store manager refused to get on the phone and put this bully on the phone who is ignorant and the most unprofessional person. Then she called my house with such a rude tone to bully me, I guess she has the "ghetto" mentality for the business. I put her on speaker so everyone could hear her belligerent, bullying and rude tone. I told her not to call my house since she doesn't know how to act or she will be charged with harassment. Anything you have to send me to the store manager send it to my email. I can't stand someone to call my house who act so foolishly.
Just Puppies is not aware of disability laws nor believe in ADA accommodations for disabled persons? Don't believe in civil rights? Or basic humanity? How can Just Puppies sell sick puppies to the public and there is no accountability? This should be the final inhumane treatment against these puppies. Customers BEWARE! Inhumane treatment of the disabled persons and animals. Pure corruption how this business can sell sick puppies and treat them inhumanely!
