I have ordered the flowers for my daughter's birthday to be delivered on May 9, 2018, and I paid for this flower delivery with my American Express Card. I have got a confirmation regarding delivery but Flowers never been delivered to my daughter. They never called me to notify me about it. When I find out that the flowers never been delivered I tried to get in touch with them, which was pretty hard, and they said that they can do that only in 3 days. Very TERRIBLE service!!! They don't care about you to be satisfied.

At 8:am on 14 February 2018, I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my wife at her workplace. I made it clear that she worked on a military installation and spent an hour on the phone to verify they could deliver on that Air Force Base. They assured me that they could, garenteed a 5pm Delevery then charged my card. Everything they promised was lies! The flowers were never delivered. I was told they would be delivered the next day. I called and spent an hour on the phone on 17 February 2018 and was told I would not get a refund as the order was going to be delivered. Again, no delivery. Today is 18 February 2018 and I was called and told the flowers were delivered?? Well, NO they were not! The person on the phone said they were left at an office, I’ve never heard of for my wife? They refuse to refund my money and never delivered the order. Order number 8097693 was never delivered, they repeatedly lied, delayed and made up false facts. I have called my credit card company and canceled the charge. DO NOT use this company. They are liars, they will promise anything to get your credit card number and will swear you received your order when you did not. They will blame others, make up excuse after excuse, not answer their phone and accuse you of dishonesty. There is no excuse for this behavior except to rip off unsuspecting customers. LeVing a flower arrangement at a random location ( if that even happened at all) is not delivery to my wife. NO ONE at the base received my order and they refuse to provide a name, building number or address that the flowers were delivered to. What a scam!!!

It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.

I ordered an arrangement of roses for my mother's birthday. They delivered the flowers but they look nothing like the photo advertised on the website (poor quality). The flowers were wilted, unprofessionally arranged, & the bow was dirty. The product is the lowest possible quality but the company is charging regular to high prices.

I called customer service and they said the reason the arrangement does not match the photo is due to the fact that the florist receives a verbal description of the arrangement rather than the photo.

This is not acceptable for an online company that deals exclusively with images/photos as a method of communication.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, rude unprofessional people that are unreasonable. First, the rep said that I ordered 18 white roses and that is what I got, as if they completed their end of the deal, I argued that I purchased a beautiful "arrangement" of roses, and I expected them to resemble the photo. Therefore, they offered to send a replacement, however, the replacement was worse than the first, extremely low quality flowers.

I paid ~$115.78 and flowers were absolute garbage. I refused to take them and sent the florist back with both arrangements, thus, returning the product(s) completely. I called customer service for a refund and they refused to give a me refund even though I returned the product to the florist. The "manager" told me that even if I return the flowers he will not give me a refund, it is not his problem that I did not like the flowers etc.

I argued that I payed for a product advertised by their company and they did not send me the product I ordered, this is false advertising, and I returned the unsatisfactory item(s) and I want a refund. The so called manager taunted that he would not give a refund and is keeping my money irregardless of the fact that the florist took back the arrangement.

Furthermore, I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. On 8/8/16 I ordered a plant to be sent to a friend who had just lost her husband. I discovered on 8/14/16 that she never received the Chinese evergreen that I ordered. I called just flowers customer service & was told that they had delivered the plant. I told them that I didn't know where they sent it, but it did not go to my friend. They said they would have the florist redeliver. I asked specifically that they wait till after 5:00 as she was back to work. I confirmed with my friend that evening that they left it while she was at work in the blazing sun. Leaves were wilted and there was no soil just a root ball.

This resulted in yet another call this time asking for a supervisor. She asked me to send pictures. I had my friend send them to me so I could email them to just flowers. When I received the pictures, I was beyond angry. I paid just under $60.00 for a Chinese evergreen & they sent an orchid that could be picked up anywhere for $20.

00. Back on the phone & this time I was not listening to the excuses... I demanded my money back. I was told that they were not able to do that & they would call the florist (whose name they would not give me) and have them replace it.

At this point, having lost all confidence in them & the idiot florist, I told them that the florist could go back & pick up the plant, but I wanted a full refund. They called back & said that the florist did not have the Chinese evergreen & the orchid was a substitution. This is totally unacceptable... One does not substitute a $60.00 plant with s $20.00 plant. I refuse to have them try to weasel their way out of this as I have put in a complaint with my credit card company & they are looking into it. My total bill was about $70.00 & I am beyond furious with their shady practice.

I received a call about sending flowers for my brother and his wife. I accepted the offer and gave all the delivery information. I said if they were not at home just leave the flowers. They never made any delivery, and claimed they had tried but could not find the address given. This is amazing since the condo building is right next door to the brand new Yacht Club! It is impossible to miss it at the very end of the community right on the bay! They intend to charge me anyway!! Never trust
