It seems like they recreated cheap knock-offs of clothing from photos on the internet. The cut, fit and drape of the items were very different from the pictures. The dress arrived but has a glaring pattern mismatch all along the back, the pattern off by 2”. The company insists I send the garment back to China, despite having an office in Chicago, IL. I’ve send three pictures to them of this problem and have received an offer of 10, 25 and 35% refund to forget the whole deal. The 35% discount amounts to about $6.38, which is about half of what I paid to receive the dress.
I opened up a case through PayPal and they thought this was a delayed shipping problem and closed the case when tracking showed I received the item. Not helpful! I fail to see why I have to pay to ship this back when they’ve obviously sent something that doesn’t meet any standard, doesn’t meet their stated “QA inspection” and is just wrong. This company shouldn’t be allowed to keep my money for the dress and shipping charges because they shipped something that didn’t even meet their own quality standards as stated. And then make me spend more to get the dress to China and if and when they get it (which can be disputed), they’ll refund the $19 I spent on the dress alone. I’d be spending more in shipping the dress around the world than what I paid for it.

We received an email from their office (this is the first time we found out it was a chinese based company) with a website for tracking the order.
Their website claimed that the order had been shipped and put into the USPS system. They provided a USPS tracking number. The USPS website has no record of this tracking number.
Additional emails to their customer service department have been unanswered. It appears to be a fraudulent or very poorly run enterprise.

They offered me 15% of the cost as a refund to my card or 20% gift card to be used later. I told them they made the mistake and it was their responsibility to foot the bill to make it right. Items took 3.5 weeks to receive. Items were not as described. Very cheap quality. Cost to return was $33.60 since retailer required tracking number. Would only cost $10.72 if sent regular mail. Cost of total purchase was $53.96 which included $6 postage.

I bought wedge shoes that took months to arrive (from China)they were terrible crap quality (I would never wear) and a much smaller size (by half!) Two months ago I ordered some clothing. I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail and will either get a referral to make contact which will not accept my invoice order number. You cannot request information on the status of your order without the number. Paid $75.00 for the clothing and so far have not received it .
They have ripped me off for $138 in merchandise that they couldn’t give a ship date after 30 days, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They sent an email stating they would cancel and refund my money within one week. After 2 weeks and no response from them for an update on my refund I filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal got them to respond to me finally. I received an email from Just Fashion Now customer support telling me that they couldn’t refund money back into my PayPal account because it was frozen due to the open case file. They told me to close the case with PayPal and they would refund the money within 1 week.
I closed the case that same day and notified them of it and it has been over 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received the refund, nor will they respond to my emails. And it gets worse! It appears they have tricked me into closing my PayPal case against them, because once you close it, you cannot re-open that case against them again!! So as far as PayPal knows, it looks like they came to a resolution with me and everything is fine. I am not through fighting them though...I am posting my experience about them all over the internet and getting the word out. DO NOT do business with this company!!!!
The JFN advertisements appear on my email pages, apparently using internet purchase tracking adware. Nothing new.
I ordered several items from them for the first time, totaling $122USD. This was June 17, 2018. As of today, July 22, 2018 I have not received any items, nor responses to my 8 attempts to reach them, via messages, even attempting to call the office after tracking down the location, in Hong Kong.
Payment was immediately drawn on my credit card, however, still no response, nor purchases.

I couldn't really report this as an unauthorized use of my card because i actually placed the order for what i thought was a legitimate company. I called paypay, carefullly walked the customer support person at paypay my situation, and she entered the dispute for me - - - even though i was on the paypal site and could have easily done that myself. The customer support rep insisted that she complete the task and told me to call within 10 days for a status update. The customer agent from paypal indicated that if justfashionnow doese not respond that i will get an automatic refund - - but that i would have to call in for it???
That didn't sound right so i went back online to the "resolution" site in paypal. The customer service agent at paypal did not write in my grievance as i would have. She simply stated that "company is not being responsive tome" with the typo. The problem is, that is not what i conveyed to the customer service agent during my ten minute conversation. So-- if you are going to file for a "resolution" with paypal better do it yourself so you can get the grievance correct as i am now concerned that what the customer agent typed in on my behalf might have been worded incorrectly to enable justfashionnow to escape the refund that i feel i am owed.
Justfashionnow did respond to me with the same wording that you have probably heard from other folks taken in by this scam: this is copied and pasted from the original email that i received from justfashionnow:
"we regret to inform you that the delivery of your itemS) in order xxxxxxxxx may be delayed. It may be scheduled to ship out from our warehouse in 10-15 business days. Can you wait for the itemS) and keep them for another event? We will email you a shipping notification once the order is shipped. For the delay issue, we would like to compensate you with either 10% money refund or 15% store credit of the delayed items’ value. You can contact us to refund you this amount after you receive them and keep them."
This is the same robotic response that i have seen posted in other reviews of justfashionnow. I will be following up with paypal to get my credit but be sure to post your own resolution with paypal so they can't use the agents "fine print" that is entered to deny your refund.
On February 7th, 2018 I purchaesd four dresses from JUST FASHION NOW.COM I was told to allow three weeks for delivery. Forty-five days went by and I had not heard anything from them. I attempted to telephone them but there was no listed phone number.I attempted to write them, there was no return address listed. The next day an email informed me that my order was shipped on December 13, 2017 and the tracking number (ec-firstclass.org), that it would arrive in 10-20 business days,and an apology, etc. But I sent a reply that I still wanted a refund. Since my shipment has yet to arrive I wanted a Full, not partial refund. Since this last email to them, Just Fashion Now has not responded.
On Oct 26, 2017 I purchased several dresses from Just Fashion Now.com. They arrived Nov 8 from the company's California address. They were not sized correctly. I contacted them via email. They expected me to return the items to a Chinese address. I contacted Pay Pal to initiate a dispute. Pay Pal replied on Nov 20, 2017 stating that I must ship the items back at my expense to China.
This would be too risky and cost more than the value of the items. I disagree with this remedy, particularly since I believed I had been dealing with an American company with a US address and feel the items should be returned to the US address they were shipped from.

JustFashionNow (Chicv International) is a complete rip off. It is a CHEAP CHINESE MFG DISGUISED AS AN AMERICAN COMPANY. I bought wedge shoes that took months to arrive (from China)they were terrible crap quality (I would never wear) and a much smaller size (by half!) I CONTACTED THEM RIGHT AWAY, they never write back until I followed up several times and then told me it was too late to return. I disputed at PayPal and they asked me to send back to CHINA which would have cost as much as the shoes! We should be able to return defective merchandise at the sellers cost! Never ever buy from this company!! They are a sham and ripoff!!
Two months ago I ordered some clothing. I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail and will either get a referral to make contact which will not accept my invoice order number. You cannot request information on the status of your order without the number. Paid $75.00 for the clothing and so far have not received it .
They have ripped me off for $138 in merchandise that they couldn’t give a ship date after 30 days, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They sent an email stating they would cancel and refund my money within one week. After 2 weeks and no response from them for an update on my refund I filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal got them to respond to me finally. I received an email from Just Fashion Now customer support telling me that they couldn’t refund money back into my PayPal account because it was frozen due to the open case file. They told me to close the case with PayPal and they would refund the money within 1 week.
I closed the case that same day and notified them of it and it has been over 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received the refund, nor will they respond to my emails. And it gets worse! It appears they have tricked me into closing my PayPal case against them, because once you close it, you cannot re-open that case against them again!! So as far as PayPal knows, it looks like they came to a resolution with me and everything is fine. I am not through fighting them though...I am posting my experience about them all over the internet and getting the word out. DO NOT do business with this company!!!!
The JFN advertisements appear on my email pages, apparently using internet purchase tracking adware. Nothing new.
I ordered several items from them for the first time, totaling $122USD. This was June 17, 2018. As of today, July 22, 2018 I have not received any items, nor responses to my 8 attempts to reach them, via messages, even attempting to call the office after tracking down the location, in Hong Kong.
Payment was immediately drawn on my credit card, however, still no response, nor purchases.
I ordered these items to have for a vacation to be taken on July 25, 2018. I just had to purchase from a retail store some of the items that I thought I would have from JFN by now. I belive a refund of my $122USD as well as recompense for the monies spent at the last minute to meet my travel needs, and the inconveniene this has caused, should be reimbursed as well. This would be another $101USD.
Read many reviews since this time to see that this is a pattern of theirs.
I placed an order on 6/12/2018 and as of today 6/17/2018 i have not received any response from this seller concerning my order. I have made an abundance of emails and reports, but no answer. Finally i have put in a report to paypal to make a claim for my money. As i reviewed the many complaints about this seller on yscam i wish i would have checked them out.
My wife sent me a screen shot of shoes that she had viewed on facebook from a company called justfashionnow.com. I should have checked YSCAM first but since the items were posted on facebook i thought that they would be a legitimate company - - - wrong!!!
I ordered my wife's shoes on april 30th and received an email thanking me for my order. The email also noted that i should expect to receive the items no later than fifteen business days from the point of purchase. Twenty-four days later i sent an email to the company Which is discovered was based in china) and they indicated via an "form" email that that there was a delay in the shipment and that my order would be processed soon. After that i went to YSCAM and discovered the ugly truth about justfashionnow.com.
After reading the reviews for justfashionnow.com on this web site i decided to contact paypal to dispute the transaction. I couldn't really report this as an unauthorized use of my card because i actually placed the order for what i thought was a legitimate company. I called paypay, carefullly walked the customer support person at paypay my situation, and she entered the dispute for me - - - even though i was on the paypal site and could have easily done that myself. The customer support rep insisted that she complete the task and told me to call within 10 days for a status update. The customer agent from paypal indicated that if justfashionnow doese not respond that i will get an automatic refund - - but that i would have to call in for it???
That didn't sound right so i went back online to the "resolution" site in paypal. The customer service agent at paypal did not write in my grievance as i would have. She simply stated that "company is not being responsive tome" with the typo. The problem is, that is not what i conveyed to the customer service agent during my ten minute conversation. So-- if you are going to file for a "resolution" with paypal better do it yourself so you can get the grievance correct as i am now concerned that what the customer agent typed in on my behalf might have been worded incorrectly to enable justfashionnow to escape the refund that i feel i am owed.
Justfashionnow did respond to me with the same wording that you have probably heard from other folks taken in by this scam: this is copied and pasted from the original email that i received from justfashionnow:
"we regret to inform you that the delivery of your itemS) in order xxxxxxxxx may be delayed. It may be scheduled to ship out from our warehouse in 10-15 business days. Can you wait for the itemS) and keep them for another event? We will email you a shipping notification once the order is shipped. For the delay issue, we would like to compensate you with either 10% money refund or 15% store credit of the delayed items’ value. You can contact us to refund you this amount after you receive them and keep them."
This is the same robotic response that i have seen posted in other reviews of justfashionnow. I will be following up with paypal to get my credit but be sure to post your own resolution with paypal so they can't use the agents "fine print" that is entered to deny your refund.
On February 7th, 2018 I purchaesd four dresses from JUST FASHION NOW.COM I was told to allow three weeks for delivery. Forty-five days went by and I had not heard anything from them. I attempted to telephone them but there was no listed phone number.I attempted to write them, there was no return address listed. Then I tried to e-mailing them about my concerns but received no response. After e-mailing them three times and getting no respone, I notified Paypal because I paid them through PAYPAL. When Paypal contacted them, then they sent me two of the four dresses five days later.
When I received the two dresses,they were the wrong size and the meterial was not what they had advertized., It was of extremely low quality; not fix to what they had displayed in their advertisement. the label said one size but the size were irregular. The tag said XXL or XL but was actually a size six or eight.The only thing they got right was the color of the two dressesthey sent. I Istill have not received the other two dresses that is owed to me. When Paypal contacted them,they told me that they were going to refund my money bit I still have not reveived anything and that was about ten days ago.
Paypal told me to file a police report and I did. (PAYPAL IS ALSO BEING UNFAIR. THY ONLY GAVE MY EIGHT DAYS TO FILE THE REPORT AND SENT IT TO THEM. WHIEN I CONTACTED THE POLICE DEPARTMENT I WAS TOLD THAT THE REPORT WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL TEN WORKING DAYS. PAYPAL DID NOT GIVE ME ENOUGHT TIME TO GET THE REPORT TO THEM. THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT REPORTS TAKE LONGER THAN EIGHT DAYS. PAYPAL SAID THEY WILL NOT HELP ME IF THE REPORT IS NOT IN ON TIME.)
I placed my initial order with Just Fashion Now on November 18, 2017. After no notiifications (as they informed me I would receive) and no shipment arrived, I finally inquired of the status of my order-a quilted coat. Eventually an email stated that the order : "may be delayed. It will be scheduled to shipped out from our warehouse in 4-6 days. I agreed to this due to holiday orders I thought they might be encountering. But weeks later, I still did not receive my shipment. So on January 1, 2018 I informed Just Fashion Now that I had not received notifications or my order and that I wanted a refund of $44.60. The next day an email informed me that my order was shipped on December 13, 2017 and the tracking number (ec-firstclass.org), that it would arrive in 10-20 business days,and an apology, etc. But I sent a reply that I still wanted a refund. Since my shipment has yet to arrive I wanted a Full, not partial refund. Since this last email to them, Just Fashion Now has not responded.
On Oct 26, 2017 I purchased several dresses from Just Fashion Now.com. They arrived Nov 8 from the company's California address. They were not sized correctly. I contacted them via email. They expected me to return the items to a Chinese address. I contacted Pay Pal to initiate a dispute. Pay Pal replied on Nov 20, 2017 stating that I must ship the items back at my expense to China.
This would be too risky and cost more than the value of the items. I disagree with this remedy, particularly since I believed I had been dealing with an American company with a US address and feel the items should be returned to the US address they were shipped from.
