Jupiter Chevrolet was a SCAM from the get go. When I was signing the papers the finance guy told me this third party warranty would cover rips tears anything in the inside of the car . Then told me it would cover the outside of car the rims everything ,He said even if your wife pulls up to the curb to close and scratches them.
I remember everything he said, because I had a tape recorder and tapped everything. I even signed up for another warranty ,were he said if the engine blows up, are fault your fault , it doesn't matter we will take care of it. Warranty's were good for 5 years! Well after 6 months ,my wife does exactly what he said ,pulled up to close to the curb and scuffed up the rim.
I took it to Jupiter and they fixed it !! (SAID IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY)! Well a couple months went by and I took the car in for a oil change ,because I was suppose to get the first year oil changes free! Dropped the car off on Friday and took a pic of the miles on the car and when I picked it up on Monday the car had like 350 extra miles on it.
Showed to the manager and all he did was apologies and gave me a free tank of gas!!!! I decided the free oil changes were not worth it and never went back!!!!!! Well almost 5 years later my wife was run off the road and hit the curb and scuffed up the rims on the passenger side again.
I called and was told I had 30 days left on the 3rd party warranty and to bring it in! I drove for over a hour and then ,when I get there I was told by the same guy on the phone ,but in person this time, that the warranty didn't cover it and I would have to pay for it!!!!!!!
I asked to speak to his boss and then his boss said the same thing and I asked him, to pull up the records from 4 years ago and explain, why did they fix it for the same thing 4 years ago and the warranty covered it.All he could say ,was I don't know how they got it done and then, I told him what their guy in the finance dept. said and everything else.
Told me he was sorry and that i was starting to raise my voice and need to leave and not come back . I said this is how you take care of your customers ,he said!!! he doesn't care,!!!!!! you need to leave. We are not fixing it. Please leave my dealership .
I said to him !.I'm not raising my voice ,I'm just not happy with how you told me to come in and the warranty would cover it and knew, I was driving over a hour to get here .,THEN AFTER I GET HERE, TELL ME IT'S NOT COVERED AND HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!! I told him, it was like some kind of bait and switch !!!! TOLD ME TO LEAVE AGAIN AND SAID I COULD TRY AND DO WHAT EVER I WANT ! HE DIDN'T CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE PEOPLE ,FOR YOUR OWN GOOD !! GO ANYWHERE BUT JUPITER CHEVROLET TO BUY A VEHICLE !!!!!!!
