Denise Riley and her husband has accused me of lying saying that I smoked cigarettes in my apartment and that I did all the damages in my apartment. Every time I would talk, Denise would interrupt me.
I told her that she would have to wait until my girlfriend gets here to help me out with my rent and she wouldn't listen and stuff which would be very soon since she is in the military and is doing a assignment which she be done with soon. They had the cops deliver a three day notice.
They have caused nothing but emotional stress and I have bad health where I can't have a lot of stress. They treat their tenants like crap don't fix stuff. Because I have a gas stove and three out of four burners light and they make things look like they are the victims but in reality I'm the victim because they don't know what they are doing and don't fix things up too where it's livable and they put online that rent is $400 but it's actually over $530.

At this time they have been run out of a town or two in Iowa for their horrible ways. Denise is no angel if she dosent like you she will do what she can to make you suffer most of their current town knows this and will tell you that. Denise was the most unprofessional landlord I've ever dealt with. Anytime we set up an agreement for rent or fixing something denise would send emails and phone calls in a spam like fashion. They only gave me 24 hour notices to enter 1/3 of the time so when their sweatpants wearing maintenance man showed up unannounced and I explained I needed to work, I was charged fees for them needing to come back out. Denise was told about property issues when I moved in, and many weren't ever addressed. The electric company sent out a notice that a pipe was damaged and to my knowledge they never came out to fix it. I moved out due to harassment and constant eviction threats from denise. She said I would be evicted for having the fire department do an inspection or calling the police after the maintenance man was threatening my mother. She has no idea what she is doing as management. After moving out she called nonstop often twice an hour and even as late as 11:30pm. The police had told her multiple times to leave me alone. After i got most of my stuff moved out she illegally entered the property and threw out items and has the nerve to try and sue me for rent, damages, and cleaning. All the while she still calls nonstop. I've taken screenshots of everything she's been doing because obviously something is wrong with her. I would never recommend them.. [continued below]....
