I responded to an advertisement that popped up on my phone showing a picture of Macy's department store with the headlines "Macys's is closing stores and all their leftover beauty products are given away free, you only need pay for shipping charges of $5.95. Now they continue to send this creme every month and are charging full prize without authorization to my credit card. Additionally, Macy's doesn't even sell this product. a few weeks ago I saw this same "News Story" on my I Phone showing Nordstrom Department Store. This is Fraud, not just deceptive advertising. The print on their product is so small that I had to use a jeweler's loope to be able to read it.

Their ad specifically says "Free Trial Offer" -- it says NOTHING about being charged the full amount -- 106.81 for an itty bitty 1 oz. jar of cream.
When you call them, they deny their lack of terms in their advertising.
