I purchased and received a bulk order of handmade organic essential oils and sprays from the company named, Quintessentials by Julie Quinn. The product shipment that & nbsp;I have & nbsp;paid for and & nbsp;received back & nbsp;reeked of an grotesque bizarre foul cat urine odor; & nbsp;that I was unable to resale to my customers without safety concerns. I reached out to Julie Quinn to attempt to resolve the issue, and she made no attempt to provide a solution or provide me with a refund. She stated that the product was fine, and did not reek of any odors, after I sent & nbsp;back the orginal grotesque sample product back & nbsp;to her business & nbsp;address. However, this was a false statement on her end, because all of my witnesses complained of the same grotesque smell as well. & nbsp;Ms. Quinn refused to pay me my money back that I have requested. She simply ignored all of my complaints and stated she was not going to give me back & nbsp;my full & nbsp;refund, which is unprofessional and bad business tactics. I took a great loss it was over $6000 dollars that I could not afford to lose.
