Julie Montgomery Colorado Real Estate Agent Reviews

Awful experience and i question her ethics. Long story short i did most of the work of finding a house that i chose to put her as my realtor so she could get a commission. Knowing she was getting a great commission for "helping" me find a home we had worked out a deal verbally that she would list my house at a smaller fee, clean the house, stage it, and would clean the carpets as well. When it came time to sell my house the fee had changed which i had to correct her on, and she took back cleaning my carpets like she said she would. Although cleaning carpets sounds like such a small task, you have to understand that she was getting over a $10,000 commission for "helping" me buy my home when i had found the neighborhood, the house, basically done all the work of the realtor. I had no obligation to list her as the realtor for buying my home, yet i did. She had verbally promised me something later to go back on her word. She was insulting to me and my family, and was extremely unprofessional. Take your money and find a different agent. Colorado is a booming market and there are plenty of other trustworthy and professional realtors out there, avoid this one. This is an ethics problem, not a money problem and ethical business practice is worth more to me than any amount of money.
