julian was paid in full and told our bitcoin community that he would create software and he was paid in full by one of our members, he told me and many many others on bitcointalk.org that he was going to developer software, for MONTHS lied to about his "progress" he was making, never actually started anything. failed to pay the legal required rent to a community member in NYC, mislead us through lies and fake updates and committed fraud. he no longer advertises as a "blockchain software developer" but a website designer. he took over $2000 paid to him, never did any work, took it and ran off. he even a signed a legal agreement stating that he would pay the money back, never did, and he even e-mailed the guy the legal agreement to sign (his idea) making him think he'd get his money back. julian scammed our entire community. do not trust him that smooth-talking liar. he is not a professional and shows no appreciation for the people who kept him from becoming homeless in NYC. he immediately left NYC and moved to another big city.
