There is a special place in hell for this judge, right beside judge Norris. He disregarded CPS reports of physical abuse and sexual abuse. There were numerous professional opinions from child psychologists, pictures, CPS reports; police reports all corroborating the abuse inflicted on my son by his mother and step-father. It is impossible that judge Ryan even read through any of the case, just like judge Norris. Both judges had massive factual inaccuracies, refused to look at evidence and had nothing but sympathy for a fraudulent abusive mother, so fraudulent that if either judge would have taken all but 5 minutes to read or look at any evidence of the case, she most likely could have gone to jail.
Ryan gave the mother of my son and her felon husband custody (who legally can't be around his own son; thankfully that state cares about child welfare). After my ex got custody my son's school teacher called CPS due to severe bruising and a split lip that he didn’t have the day before; my son told his teacher that it was from his mother. The only shred of comfort I had was that my son was in school and that the teachers would be able to report physical signs of abuse or abuse reported to them by my son. That was short lived because the day after the CPS report, my ex took my son out of school to hide all of the abuse he was receiving at home; and then eventually took him out of AZ.
I haven't seen my son in over 4 years and only know he is still alive because I occasionally get a brief phone call with him that is supervised so he can’t even tell me if he’s alright. He has not been in school or at the very least home-schooled for the last 4 years. He is only 12 and I don't think he can even read.
Way to go Judge Ryan, I can only pray that my son isn't the next mass shooter because the Arizona Family Court made him live with his physically abusive mother and sexually abusive step-father, who keep him isolated at home as a live in baby sitter for his numerous younger half-siblings. This judge is a judicial mockery, judge Ryan denies the return of cats to an abusive owner,(a 2007 Judge Ryan case) but without any hesitation or due diligence places a child in a well-documented physically and sexually abusive house hold. There is NOTHING honorable about judge Ryan.
This judge needs to be held accountable for his decision, with all of the child abuse cases that are in the media and all of the mass shootings taking place, it’s important for people to know and understand that judges’ like this are a direct contributor to the problem. Taking a child from a father’s safe home and putting him in a physically and sexually abusive home is bound to cause a mental illness with that child. When that child snaps and harms himself or others; judge Timothy Ryan and fired judge Benjamin Norris need to be mentioned and held responsible.
