The victims of this conspiracy have been defrauded of their money, deprived of their property and have suffered heavy damage to their lives and to the health and welfare of their families, all because they earned enough cash to buy two homes in paradise, Maui, Hawaii.

Cardoza and Frederick Matson Kelley, with attorneys Terrance Revere and Paul Sulla, committed fraudulent property theft with support from notaries, private investigators, and others involved with this well-used fraud.

The same men, Maui’s Chief Judge Joseph Cardoza and Matson Kelley used this exact con to illegally seize/steal 277 acres of property from many religious native Hawaiians.
