Judge David J. Rodriguez in my opinion, is corrupt. He takes cases he has conflict of interest w/ the litigants, mainly attys. Rodriguez doesn't know the laws, and doesn't care that he hurts the Judicial system, and hurts the taxpayers who pay him! What is very sad, in addition to his corruption, is that he has children and is probably teaching them the same thing...it's ok to be corrupt and not know or do your job. He became a "judge" because he was a bad, unethical atty. Like most of the judges in San Antonio. When / if you ever have a hearing in Judge David J. Rodriguez's court, or any other court, tape it yourself! They are very corrupt.
