I entered the bank with the purpose to do business. Found out that I was unable to deposit cash into another account. Had just been at the bank last month and was able to do the same. So, I asked to speak with a Manager- Ana
Came in contact with Juan Ocampo- I share with him that I was being helped by a manager and did not need assistance. He become rude and defensive. When I asked him to step away from me- he became antagonistic and stood in my face and would not move. He was arrigant and disrepectful. I asked him several times to leave me alone- he refused. Wanted to stand in my face ( I was sitting down at the a teller window) and continue to argue with me. I then asked for his name- he flicke his name tag and stated " here it is" and told me to go and report him. I was terrribley appauld by his conduct- He seemed so happy to have a job and was taking his position overboard.
I was told by Ana that he was not a regular employee at their branch and she was very sorry for his conduct. She went on to say that they did not stand for it and she would report it to the branch manager.
Juan is an irroganct, pompus, disrepectful and thirty for attention. I was clear to me that he thought he was that important to stand in a women's face that was sitting down and refuse to leave after asked several times. He is not bank material and could cause an unsafe incident in the bank approaching people in the that manner. He did not try to appologize and continue to believe that his conduct was suitable for a banking envirnment.
I will never open an account at Wells Fargo- after coming into contact with Juan Ocampo- I felt ripped off in my banking experience.
