Carrier went to pick up on scheduled day as set up with uship. We were wrong on the weight so the carrier call and said he had a truck available in the next week or so which was no problem as I stated. They have very poor email contact with the customer... after multiple attempts I got an email that said they have picked it up. The next day the email came in that it is delivered and to send the ramining balance. I paid the same day as delivery. I had assumed they would send me a receipt for the shipment but nothing came for a week or so. I called and talked to Mike and he quickly said " I will send it right away". That was four weeks ago now. I have called multiple times and asked whoever answers to talk to mike but he is always busy. Problem is I need the receipt to get reimbursed for the $2400 because I paid with etransfer through my personal account. I have uship trying to contact them as well with no success. Now when I call their office the phone just rings.
