After 9 months of waiting to get paid for the work done and delivered in June ’15 I’m forced to open a rip off report in the hope of finding the solution to finally getting paid for the work done and delivered for JSEO or Just SEO comapny owned by James Wittams-smith
I’ve already contacted a lawyer and that is the long term solution but also wanted to give a heads up to the other clients adn partners about being careful with doing business with JSEO and James Wittams - Smith as he’s the owner of the company as well as Assisted Reputation (www.assistedreputation.com). There may be more SEO and SEO consultancy sites in use that will post if I locate them. We have stared to work together severlas years back and we’ve met in person several times as well. His companies are based in London so it was not a big deal to hop on a train to go see him and because of this I never insisted on paying invoices in advance (error in judgment from my end).
This last deal was made in May of 2015. He ordered custom SEO packages from my team and the sum in question was $3.8K…. today months later he still did not pay a cent and he even avoided my emails from May to October when I finally got his attention by Twitting on JSEO’s Twitter.
Now from October to end of January he kept making excuses and skipping deadlines month after month and I’ve really tried to find a solution. 2 weeks ago I have even offered him to finally pay me in installments but he did not reply at all….
To summarize $3.8K owned for SEO services from May of 2015.
