This company has spent some time having google, yelp and paid ads and reviews but they are all fake. The address they give is a furniture store inside a mall that has never heard of them. They advertise a mobile mechanic that will come help you in an emergency situation. What they actually do is charge you when they arrive for showing up...which is fine and was mentioned on the phone call.
The show up charge is higher when they get there becuase of trafic, distance, time of day etc. Ok fine. Then they take a bunch of stuff off of your car (alternator, starter, belts) and then give you an estsimate to replace them saying they are all bad and that one going out caused the other to go out. Then they have you pay them half of the estimate to cover the cost of the parts and say they will return in a short time.
They get the money for the parts and the show up fee but never come back. They just leave you stranded. When you try to reverse the charge on your card, you realize the estimate they had you sign is actually an authorization for the charge and cannot be contested. It is complete fraud. I have filed a police report. This guy, Jesse Searcy, with JSC Mobile Diesel Mechanics is a complete scammer.
