Ms. Daley has a pattern of losing her cases, in our experience she is incompetent and will make false statement to achieve her goals, yet she keeps losing. Every case we worked on with her was a fiasco and a loss, (i) because she is not a good lawyer and (ii) because she is an aggressive lawyer with a complete lack of perception understanding and skills in our views.
We do not recommend this attorney, she will lose your case and may even sue you ... she is what makes the profession look bad.
Avoid her. or be preapre to lose, recently she just lost 3 cases in a row, the woman is NOT a good lawyer in our personal view.

We hired Sunny Barkats and I didn't see the other Rip Off report before we did but OH MY is it REAL. He lives very Hi on the Hog and is a spendaholic. He completely violated our agreement! We wish we have never met him. He takes your money and threatens you with lawsuits in order to take it all as legal fees. OMG OMG he is terrible. Don't hire him. His new hired gun that he pays for through new clients is Michael Wolk. He is cited throughout several of his cases online. When you research this winner, He is equally just as BAD!!!!!!! You all have been warned. The police need to look into both of these characters for the criminal eterprise they are running.... LOOK OUT FOLKS...
