Entered into signed contract for work with promised start date.
Decided 3 days before that, as per his wife, there were no delays on the prior project but he wanted to take on extra work to earn more money.
Thus declared the contract "null and void" which of course, he can't do as that's not how they work.
Thus, my project got bumped without regard for the state of the roof, contract breach, my reliance on his time having been booked weeks before, cost to find another last minute roofer or impact of the delay on my project.
Couldn't have been more unprofessional despite having great references that I assume now are not so great. So don't believe a word any of them might have to say cause this is who Richard Warford actually is.
There's a reason for his lack of Internet presence.
Gave him every opportunity to be professional, keep his word and agreement and do the right thing and he refused.
Wouldn't even pick up the phone or return a call, just cowardly emails and texts.
No apology, nothing.
Honestly, you wonder how some people call themselves grown-ups must less professionals.
