Bought the product for a 14 day trial thinking it starts from the day you receive the product. Not the case, they start the trial from the day you order it - it took 12 days to get the product. I called one day too late to cancel the order and they charged me $98.87 for the small jar that came as a trial.
Called customer service and they tell you that it was very clear that the trial started from the date of order (not so). I don't know anyone that can try a product like this in 2 days or for 14 for that matter. Seems more like a scam that a beauty product.
Same as everyone else. They took out $200 and another $200 after I complained and cancelled the first time.
When I refused the second unopened shipment at the post office the company said they will not refund my money as I did not follow their return procedure.
Bought 2 samples from 1 company for minimal fee and 2 weeks later got two bills for 98.87 and 93.79. This unexpected expense made my checking ccount overdrawn.
