JP Morgan Chase Auto Recovery Reviews

  • Dec 4, 2021

I showed up on 11-09-21 to buy a money order for $170, and Chase Bank on Castro street in Mountain View, CA told me that the account no longer belonged to me because Los Angeles county filed a guardianship lien on my account. Chase bank representative Anju Paul, advised they could not provide me a copy of the lien notice, and referred me to their toll free customer service line.

I telephoned Chase toll free customer service line, and was referred to the legal department. The Chase legal department then referred me to the Chase court order department. The Chase court order department advised that Guardian liens are handled by the Guardian lien department which is only accessible bank branch staff.

On or about 11-22-2021, I went back to Anju Paul who indicated she had emailed the Guardian Lien department four times, but with no response. She further indicated she did not have a phone number for that department. I then spoke to her supervisor who indicated I would have to get a copy of my lien from someone other than Chase, and she hung up on me.

I then told my story to a different branch who allegedly filed a complaint with the Chase Executive Office. I emailed CEO Dimon, and pointed out that Los Angeles County counsel has confirmed that Los Angeles county did not file a lien on my bank account, and that no court has appointed a guardian. Chase then referred the complaint to a Chase representative by the name of America. I spoke briefly to America, who denies seeing any Guardian lien at the executive branch level, and alleges that the branch has information she doesn't have, but subsequently refused to return my calls days later.

Also, I tried to update my physical street address with Chase Bank, but neither the executive office, nor any of the branches are willing to update it, and they also won't tell me what physical address they have. Chase is unwilling to provide me a copy of a bank statement -- not even for the period before a lien notice was placed on my account. At no time did Chase ever notify me that there was a lien on my account. In summary, Chase walked off with more than 413,220.55 with no remorese, no shame, and I conclude I have been the victim of Chase Bank, and that Mr. Dimon has his empire are nothing less than thieves, hoards, and fences!

On December 16, 2019, I was told by a business that I frequently visit that I was banned. The business did not contact me directly. Instead they went through the BBB. I was told that I used a Chase debit card for $42 and ended up charging back the purchase.

On January 29, 2020, I spoke to Natalie Arguello at branch in San Diego CA. She verified I did not have any active accounts with Chase. She wrote me a letter stating I had a previous account which was closed on October 29, 2013.

I have a copy of the charge back notice. Merchant number 542930510008931. Card used 426684xxxxxx0843. Card preset. Chip read.

Transaction date October 30. 2019

Reason code 13.7 Cancelled merchandise services.

Card issuer Chase bank

So the merchant I believe used my name in malice to have me banned using someone's else card.
