On 12/10/18, I ordered 6 helio balls, order #20760. On 12/20/18, I emailed them to ask if I would be receiving the product before Christmas. I received a response email from "Cindy" stating that due to a viral video and multiple orders, the ran out of product but would guaranteed that any customer who were expecting product for Christmas, would receive their product. In addition, I was told they would be sending me a coupon for a 20% discount on my next order!!
As of today, I still have not received product nor has my account been credited. I have asked several times to have my account credited. Since that initial response from "Cindy", I have not received any respone from them and I email them at least once per day. I have read online about other people having the same problem.
I saw their ad on facebook, i ordered for my grandchildren. i purchased this back on 12.12.18 they said 5 days.
On Christmas Day, i found out my grandchildren had not gotten anything. I tried to log onto my account with Joy Toy and they said they had no record of me having a account, but they had charged by credit card. I then did a search in my email account and found the order. It's order number 26372 it has a tracking number, but has not been dropped off. It says it's still preparing the item for shipment.
When i click on the contact link, it's a dead link. this is a scam, there is no way to contact them. i will never order off of facebook advertiser again. shame on facebook. I am now trying to get my money back through my credit card company which should be easy since they have a invalid tracking number.
It's unfortunate that companies like this still exist.
I purchased 2 toys for Christmas presents for my Grandchilcren on December 5th, they charged my card on December 5th, NEVER RECIEVED THEM. Sent 3 emails, NO RESPONSE.....this is a SCAM.....do NOT order from this company
Charged my card and after several e-mail attempts i received an e-mail reply stating i would have my items by Christmas-- (Still dont have them) and so i commented on the facebook page and was blocked-- asked numerous times fo rthe merchandise or a refund.
Placed order from JoyToys.com on 12/9/2018. Recd email that my account was charged and I would be notified once my items were shipped. Never received my items, never received email products were shipped. Emailed them 3 times with no response. There is no other option to contact them.
After seeing a video ad on Facebook, I decided to order 4 Heli Balls as Christmas gifts for family members! My credit card was charged immediately and as of today, December 27th, I have not received anything.
There is no phone number to call, and they don't answer the support emails that you send. I feel completely scammed and will be contacting my bank today to let them go after the company for the money!!! SCAM!!!!
Ordered heli toy on dec 16th and never received it. Contacted customer sevice. I did receive a response saying they were going to send out the toy and apoligized for the delay. They were overwhelmed with orders. I emailed again after new year's and they sent me a long note that they are going to send it. And then nothing. They apparently scammed lots of people. I do not like being ripped off.
I placed an order for 2 items from this company as well on 12/13. Immediately I did receive and email, card charged and in the email it stated that the product would be shipped within 2-5 day. No confirmation however I did receive an order number. My card was charged right away! After 5 days passed, I did send several emails in regards to when I would be receiving my order. To no avail, my attempts failed. I placed a complaint with my card company, filed a complaint with the FTC as well as the BBB. Their attempts to contact Joytoy.co have been unsuccessful as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
I'd give zero stars if I could. My wife ordered from this outfit on Dec. 15 and was promised two- to five-day shipping. Item didn't come by December 20, but we were going out of town for Christmas and didn't think much about it. Item still hadn't come when we got home (we use a secure mailbox, so we know there was no package theft off our stoop), and my wife then got a long sob story e-mail about the company having an overwhelming number of orders and some funding problems that had delayed shipments but were now resolved. Supposedly a tracking number would come in 24 hours. It never came and the company now doesn't respond to any messages. I disputed the charge with American Express and they've issued a credit. If I had known they would charge immediately, instead of waiting until they shipped, it would have been a big red flag and we would not have ordered.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I thought this would make a cool gift for Christmas. Never received them, but I was sure charged immediately. Calling the bank tomorrow.
This company is a scam. Have not received my order for the electric train ordered on 12/08/18. I received the same phony email from Cindi. Have sent multiple emails to which there is a reply that they are looking into my complaint. What a joke. I have my credit card company investigating. This company should be banned from any activities in the USA.
I’d give them “0” stars but the site will not allow that.
Same story as everyone else. I too ordered on 12/10/2018, it is now 1/30/2019 still so order status and now the website is not longer up and running. They just took everyone's money and closed the site.
I ordered two Heli balls on Dec 11, and received a confirmation stating they were being prepared for shipment, and that they should arrive in 2-5 days. On Dec 17 I sent an e-mail to customer support asking when they had shipped, as I had not received the product, and asking if they'd arrive before Christmas. I got the standard bounce-back message saying they would look into the situation. Their site says they generally reply within 48 hours, but I received no follow-up reply. On the 19th I again inquired, and stated I wanted to cancel they order if they would not arrive prior to Christmas. Again the bounce-back message was received. On the Dec 22nd I sent a message asking officially to have the order cancelled, and again got the bounce-back stock reply. On Jan. 4 I received a lengthy message apologizing and saying they'd be shipping soon, and would send a shipping confirmation e-mail within 24 hours with the shipping number included. I immediately sent yet another message stating this order was to have been cancelled, and referred them to all the other e-mails I'd sent. Again I received "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". Fool that I was, since I received no further e-mails or tracking number, I thought we had finally gotten this matter resolved, and I'd get a refund. Yesterday I received a package from them. It rattles as though it contains broken Heli Balls. In reading their website under returns, they will not issue a refund for anything which is opened (so if I'd checked to see why it rattles, it would not have been taken back), and further down it says that anything bought with a discount code will not be refunded, so I'm not going to get a refund anyway. They always have a discount coupon offered on the website, so most anything a person buys would not be returnable. And refunds are in store-credit only. I should have read that before ordering; I would never have placed an order with them. Now I will need to work through Visa to at least get my money back.
I still have not received the order I placed on 12/08. After inquiring, I immediately received an email from Cindy on 12/22 stating a video made their business go viral and they were having a difficult time filling orders. Cindy assured me that my order was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas and I would receive a 20% coupon. I have not received my order nor have I gotten an update on the delay. Furthermore, I have received email offers for post-Christmas sales. Interestingly, I emailed four days ago to cancel my order and I have received no response. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and even wished them a prosperous new year. I got duped.
We ordered an RC Helicopter, paid for the 2 day shipping. We received an order confirmation email, stating we would receive a second email when the product ships. We sent several emails requesting tracking information or order status, no response. Just got off the phone with Amex fraud unit. Getting money refunded, and they are being looked into. Phone number listed on bill is 4073346539, out of Deleware. Researching the number it is listed as a cell out of Florida. Calling the number, you get a stock "leave a message" message.
After ordering a heli-ball for a Christmas gift on 12/14, still haven't received item or any response from repeated emails for refund, explanation etc. I keep reporting the company to Facebook but there is still a page. Not, so much, worried about my money. It's all the other people that have been and keep being scammed by this fraud of a company that Facebook allows to advertise on their platform.

My card was charged 99.75 on December 10. I have not received them or a response. This is interstate mail fraud! Who agrees?

Same thing happened to me. I ordered and never received my items
I got the same excuse. Never received my items and have been trying to get a hold of them.
I also have been scammed!!!!!!!!!! No rating for this Co. BAD BAD BAD
Part of order was delivered, no explanation for the rest, billed me for all. Bad customer service.
