Ordered a UFO hell ball on Dec 15th. They charged my card and I still have not received. I got an e mail from them on Jan 4th apologizing for the delay saying it would ship within 24 hours. I didn't! Send several follow up e mails and never heard back.
On Dec 15th 2018 ordered 2 heli ball from joy toys company order #31577 ,paid 34.92 charged my card and when go to there site shows my order number, paid, status shows unfilled, they have not refund me and no reply from customers support there is no contact or address on there site all they have is customer service support. i have send 5 emails to there customers service.
Joy Toys order #30754 was confirmed as received on 12/15 but I never received the order. A follow up email was submitted on 12/28 asking for an update to my order to [email protected] with an automated reply that my request (36927) had been received and being reviewed.
My credit card has been charged with nothing to show for it as of 1/7/2019. I believe this to be a scam.
I placed an order on December 5th for 2 World Tech Toys Comet IR UFO Heli Balls. Said would be shipped in 3-5 business days. My bank account has been charged $44.89.
Giving them the benefit of Christmas and how bad shipping must be I waited until December 24th and still I had not received my order. I finally sent an email. Never heard from them.
Today, Jan. 4, a month later I sent another email. Waiting to see if I hear. Very disappointed. I had to buy other gifts for my 2 great grandsons on December 24th. Not happy at all about this!
I purchased the Heli Ball in December, payment cleared my bank on December 20th and i have yet to receive the Item. I have sent to emails to the [email protected] and heard nothing. I also sent message through the Help link provided on their website, still no respone.
I believe this company is truly a SCAM!!!! I will be leaving a negative comment on there website weekly until this is made right.

Placed a order on Dec 6th it's now Dec 16th never heard anything else. Sent 3 emails no repsone. From what I now read on their facebook page it's a scam company no one got their items they ordered
I ordered in Nov of 2018 and never received my order. They emailed in Feb to apologize and send me my items but nothing ever came. I have emailed several times but still nothing or no response. ANGRY at this point and they need to be put on blast!!
I ordered two toys for my Grandsons in November 2018.
Delivery was to be in mid December. They never came. In June there was a box in my mailbox. I received one of the toys. The other? Who knows. They charged me for both toys, it took 7 months to receive one toy, the other toy was never received.
Ordered toy dec. 6. After several emails with no response, i contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. They investigated and found to be in my favor. Reported to bbb.
Just like all stories here, ordered dec 14th, expedited shipping, i followed up dec 22, get an dec 24th saying it will arrive for christmas...Felt awful not having presents for my 5 yr old nephews when they didn't show up. Just got an email feb 21st Two months later) saying they shipped.
I ordered 2 of these on 12/4/18 and have not received them. They took money from my Credit Card. Very difficult to communicate with them. I have sent many, many emails to them. I requested a refund and they have never responded. When I have received emails they say they are a new company and they sold too many. They said they didn’t have any more but they never communicated that to me until I persisted to email them a couple of times every day. Since this was supposed to be my grandson’s Christmas gift, I looked on Amazon and they had 1 left and I ordered it from Amazon on 1/24/19. I received it from Amazon on 2/26/19. There are 2 other web sites that have a lot of Fraud reviews against this company.
It's a SCAM !!! Reported to the BBB AND VISA to reverse my charges !
I placed an order for an heliball in december, and as of february 1, still have not received the item. There was one email saying that they were backlogged and would send a shipping notification in 24 hours; this never happened. I can only say this is a scam at this point.
I ordered 4 UFO heli balls around Nov. 22nd, 2018 hoping to get them for Christmas. Never got them, I sent an email asking about them and on Dec. 26th. I got an emil saying they had been shipped, later I got a tracking number.
Tracked it all the way to Decatur, IL. On Dec.27th I got this message from PO (Your package has a delivery exception and has been returned to sender on Dec.27th 2018 at 12:26 am.) I have never heard anything for the company saying they got it back and would resend it even though I have sent lots of emails to them.
All i get back is your message has been received and our staff is veiwing it. Nothing more after weeks of trying.
