Ordered announcement for my son's graduation, we never received them and when I called to find out where they were they said because they were not picked up at the school they have been returned to the company to be thrown away. I paid $150.00 tobe thrown in the trash because Jostens can't make a call to say Hey we have your graduation announcement would you like us to deliver them to your home- which should of been done in the first place because that is what is on my order. They are a Rip Off. I called to see if they would refund me and was told we understand your frustration but there is nothing we can do.

Hello: I ordered cap and gown from my school as required by my school. I pleaded with them not to use UPS as UPS has screwed up many a delivery to my apartment building in the past- they stubbornly refused. Fast-forward two or so weeks later, a very negligent UPS driver left a package on the frigging from stoop of my apartment building on the main north-south arterial in San Antonio, where FOUR major bus routes pass directly in front of, when he really shouldve and couldve just left me a package -claim notice. Apparently he was onlu interested in checking off a "delivered" box rather than maiing a sucessful delivery.

Graduation commencement came and of course, I have no gown (thanks Jostens and UPS!) or cap so instead i wore only shirt and tie- my special day was ruined forever, and other than a refund for what I paid, Jostens refuses to make any other special kind of compensation or resolution whatsoever- they blame UPS, and UPS blames Jostens.

Tired of the run-around and the token/fake apologies, please NEVER USE Jostens again! I told them, warned them, BETTER MAKE IT BETTER nad they failed miserably. Their order fulfillment is like their customer service and choice of shippers- APPALLING.

I recently recieved graduation announcements that were fairly expensive from Jostens and the quality was very surprising. I have used Jostens several times for announcements, rings, etc. for my high school and undergraduate graduations and had no problem with what I purchased. For my current graduate school announcements, however, there are quite a few concerns as to the relatively low quality of what I received. The announcements themselves look as if I printed them from home after running out of ink, with the exception of my graduate schools seal looking well made. The announcements also have a very hard to read font and several of the announcements have rough or poorly done folding. The announcements look like they were made from typical folded 8-1/2"x11" sheets with very thin paper weight. Some of the return addresses were smudged with blue ink and almost dirty/blurry looking. The seal stickers and return labels were also bent along a dividing line as if they were carelessly stuffed into the package. Overall, there is clearly poor quality control issues and I'm very surprised that the good quality on the same items that I've ordered twice are much lower quaity this time. I would recommend seeking another source for graduation announcements which seem to be less expensive and higher quality.

Terrible Customer Service

For us (high school seniors) to be paying Jostens so much money for senior products, you'd think their customer service would be much more efficient. Whoever it is that's behind the [email protected] email account, they represent the company terribly. They're rude and shouldn't at all be responsible for dealing with customer service. I hate that they're getting my money. They suck.

I ordered cap/gown/tassel. They shipped tassel to me but claim to have sent cap/gown to school. I paid for shipping to my home. The order form stated for ship to home residence address. Called customer service three times. Supervisor refused to speak to me. Rep stated to talk to school rep in which I don't know who that was. The person has no contact info other than email in which he never responds. I was also told after I paid my money that Jostens has contract with school to deliver all of the students orders to school even if parents request that order be shipped to residence.

The parents are unaware that such contract exists. I have never heard of such nonsense in my life. Meanwhile, I was charged $50.00 for order that would originally cost only $21.00. Luckily I did not order jewelry from them as I would be even more upset as Ive read they are scamming people by advertising gold class rings but it is not gold but cheap metal combination. To date, I still haven't received order that I paid shipping for.
