Customer places an order then wants more product appartly for free or he thretens to post bad reviews!!!
All telephone conversations are recorded to provide the best customer service possible to each of our valued customers. In this case I as the General Manager reviewed both recorded conversations with our Tech Department our Tech Department and your last conversation with our Customer Service Department (where you stated you and your friends will drive our Google standing down if your situation isn't attended too).
During the two conversations with our Technical Department our Technician did not raise His voice, say anything rude or appear to lie to you in any way shape or form on either of the telephone conversations. During the second conversation with our Technical Department on 4/11/22 you clearly you verbalized were dissatisfied with your customer experience, to that, our Technician only stated to you "send the product back to us and we will issue you a refund" and ended the conversation with you as the recording clearly depicts. We credited his charge for the full price of the product he bought from us so to sever ties with this young man but let this be a warning to other bussinesses out there to watch out for this guy...
