This man rented me a room in a house from craigslist. He actually, signed a lease, took $850.00 cash for my deposit, and texted me every day after telling lie after lie about why it wasn't ready. Said he had my money to give back and didn't need my money but never showed up for our meetings to give it back. He used another tenants lease, with the owners signature on it. He actually sat in my car pretending like he was speaking to her about the rental. He had keys and showed me rooms in more than one house. I come from a family of cops, cheif of police and FBI. This a**hole is going down. He thinks I dissapeared and not pursuing him except through the real landlord. Has he never heard of "What you do to others comes back around". Also has a story about being attacked by a pit bull while dropping off food for the needy. HA! That pit bull knew exactly who he was attacking if it was true. I guess some of his Karma came back through that Pitbull. Stay away from this piece of crap of a human being! Not one thing he says is true. I hope he rots in prison!

Of course the place was never eady along with other places I would have rented if for some reason this one wasn't finished in time. Fast talking, texting me everyday with excuses, nothing but lies. Always saying he had my money to return. He actually gave me another tenants lease with my name on it. He has threatened me and played every game in the book for a con man. I am going after him big time but he thinks he got by with another scam. Hopefully he will finally be put away for a long time.
