I am so sorry I didn't read all the reviews about this horrible company. They are so incompetent and very rude. I had my nursing degree form Belarus evaluated in 1992 ( a very long time ago) and they did the fair job. Unfortunately, I lost that evaluation and the company credentials. So I found this company and they did the service for me. They charged me $385. When I brought the sealed copy to assistant director of Medical Campus MDC, she explained to me that they can not accept ANY of the credits because of the way Josef Silny and his associates translated my degree. They wrote that this is a secondary level education and colleges in USA do not accept the credits.
Although, an accredited college in Brooklyn, NY accepted my credits in 1992. This only proves that my degree is not a secondary level education.
I wrote a long email to Alexandra Lopez (she was the evaluator) explaining everything and all she wrote back to me is this :
"Dear Ms. Stepensky:
You already received an answer from our company. As I already explained you, your study is considered secondary level education in Belarus and here. An Associate’s degree is a two-year university degree awarded by recognized degree-granting institutions.
I regret that you are not satisfied with the foreign credential evaluation completed for you. In our application which you read and signed, we state the following: "Josef Silny & Associates, Inc. guarantees that all evaluations are prepared by highly qualified evaluators, but it cannot guarantee that the applicant will agree with the evaluation." If you wish you are free to seek another professional opinion. This is our final e-mail regarding this matter.
