I sent an email asking for my monthly Subscription to be canceled on August 7, 2019. On August 11, 2019 I was billed again. On August 15 I send another email requesting that my subscription be canceled within 24 hours or that I would be coming to this website to post this complaint.
Today is August 19, 2019 and still no response. At sometime after my August 7, 2019 email I received a phone call from customer service at Jordan Belfort’s office trying to convince me to keep my subscription. I declined, but I am still being billed.
I have still not received an email back in response to any of my communications. There is also no address or phone number anywhere online that I can find to contact him or his offices except for [email protected] with no response.
