I ordered a Pandora charm from Joowel Jewelry through the Internet on October 3, 2015. It is now October 26th, and still no charm. Excuse after excuse through emails about the delay. They keep saying it's held up in Thailand. The USPS tracking shows that supposedly it has been in San Diego, CA , since October 17th. I emailed them and told them I insist on a refund and they told me they can't do that. Very suspicious. Do not order from this company. They need to be put out of business.

So I ordered something from them on 12/29 and its 1/21, my order says shipped from Oakland CA on 1/14 and, just wondering did you ever get your refund or charm finally?
I ordered 2 charms in March and only received one of them. I emailed them and they said it was on backorder and they would ship it to me as soon as it gets in. Now its June. Nothing. Even worse, if you go to Joowel.com you are redirected to a website called lovelyevil.com which looks the same as joowel. However, there is no record on their website of any of my previous purchases. If you try to contact them on the contact us page it says "Once you place an order you'll have full access to your inbox from this page." So I have no way of reaching them and they owe me a charm or reimbursement. NO ONE SHOULD PURCHASE FROM JOOWEL JEWELRY OR LOVELYEVIL.COM.
I was promised a credit for an item that NEVER arrived in early Nov 2015. Today is 1-15-16 and still NO credit. I have contacted the BBB as well as Visa. They are dishonest and liars
If I could I would have given this company NO star. Since early November I have been waiting for a Visa credit this company says they issued. I am still waiting and it is Dec 13th. I have contacted the company many times and I am ignored. Joowel Jewelry should be put out of business.
I ordered a Pandora bead and received many excuses as to why it is taking so long to send to me. I requested a Visa Credit which they claim they issued but three weeks later, I have not seen it on my Visa statement or pending transactions
I ordered two Pandora beads and after two weeks they never sent my order as my beads were "too hot". I requested a Visa credit which they refused to do. They told me that I was playing games with them and that they were unable to stop an order that was started. Extremely poor customer service if any. This business needs to be closed.
