PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....you will do a lease purchase thru quality,,nothing wrong there,but jones dont pay your truck payment all up to date..you will be 6 weeks behind...and there is to much favoritism, the high paying loads are giving to the driver who have been there the longest,and only will post cheap loads on it.(their load board).go some where else,,i hear freight exchange out of chicago,ill is great and their orientation is done on your tablet and yard is in mesquite,tx, but jones motor/hot shot,,i call them hot sh*,,but they really are NO SH* of a real company fake agent's lying bosses..if you know whats good for you run the other way,,orientation at jones is a joke,and the ones in memphis,tn just tell you a bunch of bull, to make themselve's look like they are so great, being in business for 100 year's isnt so great when your history of ripping guys off on a lease purchase deal,unless you own your own tractor and trailer,,then you might get somewhere. but otherwise look up quality's other 83 other companies that do business with quality.....

I would NEVE do business with HEATHER BEARD, Jones Motors, Or Beard Freight Brokerage. They are the most unethical group of companies I haev ever met.
They will lie cheat and steal just for money- They say they have integrity but they are far from having integrity.
Stay away from this company if at all possible.
