Because of his financial circumstance we gave him and his wife a huge discount. Not only were we generous enough to give him a discount but we gave him a payment plan.
On May, 10 2019 he called to change his payments. We told him there was a $10.00 admin fee and he did not like that. As a courtesy we waived it. Shortly after that he started complaining that his consultant was no longer with the company. When we told him not to worry that we had a customer service department he did not like that and wanted to cancel with full refund.
