In 2020 on a Friday morning, When I was living in a apartment building at 3104 West Wells Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin, This young black girl tenant who lived below me left her candles burning inside her apartment. Those candles caused her apartment to catch on fire to burn up the ceiling and the balcony wall in her apartment and I fell halfway through the wooden floor almost causing an injury to my body. The police and the fire department came.
The young girl tenant lied to the tenants, the police and the fire department and told them that somebody broke into her apartment and set her apartment on fire. That youn girl tenant moved and threw her stuff out in the dumpster. After that me, my baby and my boyfriend moved out of that apartment building in 2020 that Saturday night becuse it was getting way too bad inside that apartment building.
This property management company don't wanna evict tenants, They be renting to bad people and They are desperate for money. Do not rent to this property management company, Stay away from this property management company, Go somewhere else to rent an apartment.

They rent to bad tenants to scare away the good tenants who live in the apartment buildings. They don't evict bad tenants when they do wrong inside their apartments, Because, Jomela is scared of tenants.

That's why this property management company been getting low ratings, Their oBecause,They are irresponsible and They don't take care of things!!! When Me, My baby mother and My daughter moved in at City Square Apartments at 3104 West Wells Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin in 2019 or 2020, Black tenants who lived in Apt were always arguing and fighting a lot, Tyler Still who was the apartment/property manager did not do nothing about that black couple who was arguing and fighting in Apt . In Apt , A black girl who was cooking bacon on top of the stove let it burn up and It caused the 4th floor, 3rd floor and the 2nd floor hallways filled up with smoke and The fire department came.
Me and All of the tenants who live in that apartment building have to evacuate the building. The fire department came inside the apartment building with the fire hose. The fire was put out by someone else. The firemen with the firehose came out of the apartment building. The fire destroyed and burned the wall, The balcony screen door. The black girl moved her stuff out of her apartment that same morning after the fire. After those three incidents, Me, My baby mother and My little daughter got all of our things and moved out of that apartment building Saturday afternoon and I said, I'm out of this building.
