Tony convienced me on Dec 5,2015 to buy two smart balance boards from him instead of a dif reatailer claiming that they gaurantee their's for 30 days. On 12/27/15 I returned to the store with a melted charger. (these were given as gifts on 12/25) I spent 700.00 on the two items. The charger had started to melt about a hour into charging on the first use.
When I returned to the store, Tony, Omar and Jessica were all three present, Tony took the melted charger and assured me that he would replace it with the next shipment. January,I called and was advised that they had not come in yet. Feburary, I call and again was advised that they had not come in yet and that they would find out when and call me back. March, still no call, I called again and spoke with Jessica. Jessica stated that she remebered me from way back in December and told me to come in and pick it up, that she didn't understand why it still hadn't been replaced.
My daughter went to pick up the charger and spoke with Jessica. When Jessica went back to get the charger, Tony and Omar came out and stated that she could not get the charger. I called the store and spoke with both Tony and Omar,emailed them my receipt to prove the purchase and return was less then 30 (for gaurntee) and then I was told that they in fact do not honor their gaurantee and that I could not get my original charger back either. So.
Every time I gave them the information they asked for, they would come up with some other BS like I was not present at the orininal purchase, the return, and all the other phone calls.
