Joifulness Reviews

I ordered face creme and eye serum from a company that at the time was called Veracell back in August 2017. It was an online special and the product was shipped to me shortly after. I had a work assignment overseas for the following six months. I came back home to find that this company had since changed names (multiples times) and was sending me the same face creme and eye serum each month and charging my credit card recurring charges of $87.00 and $89.73 each month. I never wanted this additional lotion, nor did I approve the charges.

There is a reason you can't find anything about this company online. It's because all of the reviews and feedback would be AWFUL! Customer service was incredibly rude when I called. They said you agree to the terms and conditions of the subscription service online when you order the lotion. I never saw any such terms and conditions or I would have never made the purchase to start with. Of course when you call they say, "Well, it's very obvious and you won't win any dispute because you agreed to the Terms & Conditions."

Incredibly rude, incredibly unhelpful and an incredibly sneaky and unethical way of doing business. I think the fact that they've changed the name of their company 3 times in the past year speaks to the fact that they are trying to hide something. I haven't even opened the creme and plan on throwing it in the trash. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this place like crazy! It's a complete joke...no telling what junk they actually put in the lotion, but I sure don't want it on my skin.
