We paid to have our pool re-plastered paid 50% up front 50% once completed. About 2 weeks later all of the plaster was wearing off in addiiton to the paint which turned out pool cloudy & green rendering it useless.
Made several calls & sent several texts to him & a couple weeks later he finally stopped by to look at it and admitted to using a new product on our pool that was not tested prior to use. He stated he would fix & make the repairs getitng our pool to like new condition.
A week plus passed & he finally said he was ready to fix, stopped by & drianed the pool. 3-4 days pass keep in mind the pool is EMPTY & nothing. I asked for a simple request, for him to provide an invoice for the work originally done with what was paid, an estimate showing what repirs were to be done.
He refused to provide this information which I think is standard business practice & is now putting the blame on us for being diffucult.
He will not fix his mistake & will no9t refund our money so now we are out $2500 with a damaged empty pool.
Please stay away from this company they talk a good game but will steal your money. Now it's going to cost us an addtional 4k to fix his work & get it fixed right.
